The dealership does have some extras when you buy a pre owned car( doc cost and etching) which I didn t like but they all have it. Price was fair.

This place is the worst. First time I went just to see an SUV, had to wait 40 minutes for a salesperson to be "available" (they were all yucking it up in the upper floor area). Waited so long, I ended up just walking out. Gave it another shot a few weeks later, the sales guy was so uninterested in selling me a car, he didn't even give me a card or even take my phone number after taking the car out for a test spin. Not sure how this place stays in business when their salespeople really don't do much to actually sell a car.

Overall my experience with Prestige Toyota of Ramsey is four stars. The process was smooth and fast for making an appointment, arriving, meeting with sales (Hermes...he's awesome!), taking the test drive, and finalizing numbers. Then the process came to a screeching halt, unfortunately. There was a backup with the finance/business manager to close the deal, resulting in several hours waiting in the showroom/waiting room. Once the backlog cleared and I was in the business office, that process also went smoothly and quickly.

I'm not sure if they were short staffed with business folks, or if it was just the 'complex' case in front of me (per Prestige's employees), but it was frustrating considering all I wanted to do was give them money, and I had a two hour drive to get home. In the end, all staff were very courteous, showroom was clean, COVID protocol was adhered to, etc. No complaints with any of that. I would recommend this dealership with all things considered.

I just wanted to say a few words about Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. I ve been looking for a 2016 Rav4 for several months now and reached out to a number of dealerships. I got a lot of runaround, little room for negotiation and communication that would just drop off once it became obvious I was looking for the best price, not their price. That was until I contacted Prestige. They had a Rav I was interested in and so I reached out via their website. Krystina Gronka emailed me back and we negotiated a great price on the Rav I wanted. I made an appointment to come in to see it and test drive it. At this point, I was waiting for some kind of bad surprise given my experience up to that point with dealerships. I arrive and meet Krystina and she sets me up with Andrew Eagle to do the test drive and to explain the vehicle to me. He did a great job explaining everything and let me get a good feel for the car before making a decision. Once I said I was ready to proceed, I was again expecting a bad surprise. But it didn t come. The great deal I had negotiated was honored and the fees were about what I expected without any surprise fees. Andrew also made sure a couple of minor issues with the Rav were addressed at no cost to me. He then did a more thorough walkthrough of the Rav to make sure I knew what all of the electronics could do and I was comfortable to drive off. I would honestly grade them with an A+. Krystina did a great job negotiating a deal to get me in the door and Andrew did a great job of showing me the car and finishing the deal. I will be recommending Prestige to anyone I know looking for a Toyota.

Yesterday, I brought my car to Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, to fix the condensation forming in one of my tail lights. After a few hours, I came back, looked at my car and I noticed this big dent and fresh scrapes by my wheel and part of my rim was chipped off. I called the dealership immediately to let them know what happened but I was replied with "they drove it around the block to test it"... Test what? They obviously took my car out for a joy ride.. The manager of the dealership did not take this situation seriously. I don't ever recommend this dealership as well as their service department.

Drove over an hour to look at a used Range Rover by Ramsey Toyota because they don t negotiate over the phone, when I got there they didn t negotiate at all, I test drove the car made my offer they refused and so I left, they called me tried to lure me back in to buy the car, offering only $300 off on a 40k car. I refused and left and a few hours later when I came home they accepted my offer and as I got ready to leave the house and purchase the range rover they again called and refused and went back on the original price, overall I waisted more then half of my day and gas tolls and much aggravation !!! Horrible experience ever !!! All they had to say was no rather then making me drive over an hour each way and getting my hopes up then saying no, disgusting feeling ever ! If you are a straight up person like myself stay away from this place, if you like to play games and overpay then go there but don t forget to bring Vaseline !

**UPDATE (12/26/18): Called Prestige Toyota today to let them know that the "certified pre-owned" vehicle that was purchased from them one year ago has a bad battery. Got stranded multiple times in the past few weeks and car always needed a jump start. Turn car off to fill up gas and in the three minutes it takes to fuel up - the battery is dead because of whatever exterior lights are kept on (in auto position). Called dealer and was told battery was good at time of inspection when the car got "certified" and it happens to have just gone bad. For a dealer that typically tries to sell you on every single type of repair, service or maintenance at the very first sign of trouble didn't see any sign that the battery would go in less than a year after selling the car. Stay away from this dealerships "certified pre-owned vehicles". Very unethical and no concept of customer service. This is the first time I purchase used from a dealership and this experience has been pretty bad to say the least. **

10/19/18: Purchased a CPO 15 Highlander. Sales rep told me the car went through a multi point inspection including new brakes, tires, etc. Drove the car home and in a few months the service department called me a few times to schedule an appointment for recommended maintenance. I went in (50 minute drive each way) and was told by the adviser that the car isn't due for maintenance. Basically wasted two hours to learn the car didn't need to be serviced. Fast forward a few months later and the maintenance light comes on. I take the vehicle to a dealer closer to home two days ago for maintenance and was told the rear brakes need to be replaced and rotors shaved as they were less that 3mm. A $390 job that would not be needed if the car was truly CPO. The car is driven lightly and isn't used as a daily driver and it hasn't been a year. How did this vehicle pass as CPO? I have serious doubts about this dealers claims regarding anything in their inventory. I would not advise anyone to consider purchasing any vehicle from here and definitely question them if they call you to bring your car in for service.

I accompanied my aunt who was purchasing a SUV and had the most unpleasant experience at Prestige Toyota. My aunt decided to give this dealership her business based on my prior purchasing experience. I previously purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had an exceptional experience. My aunt s experience with the sales process was somewhat lacking. We shared this feedback with Mario Calle, the finance manager. We then also asked to reinspect the vehicle before taking possession of the vehicle. Mario Calle s response was to became impatient and irate which ultimately led to him informing my aunt that he would prefer not to sell her the car and that she could take her check and leave. This was a check for $30,000. Additionally, during our exchange, he asked me my name. He then looked up my name in the computer and asked the following question: You live in the Bronx right? At this point, I was alarmed. What was his reason for asking me this question? Was this a threat? I construed this as a threat as if to say, I know where you live .

I purchased my vehicle from Prestige Toyota and I service my vehicle at Prestige Toyota. His comments left me concerned for my safety as he has access to my home address. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the absolute worse experience I have ever had. Mario Calle s lack of professionalism and boorish behavior was alarming. I will not return to Prestige Toyota for future purchases. I will no longer take my vehicle there for servicing nor will I refer any friends or family for purchases.

I made an appointment to try out a 2018 Prius Prime this last weekend. The salesperson, Syed bragged that he had a PHD in Prius Prime. I think Mr. Syed should get a PHD in customer service. There was no negotiating after waiting 25 minutes to get a response we were told that sticker price was take it or leave it. There are dozens of Toyota dealers in this area that will get my business, Mr. Syed and Ramsey Toyota will not be one of them.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would, I went in to purchase a pick up truck informed them ahead of time what I was looking for and what payment I wanted to make. I made it in fo my appointment, and again explain to the sales man what I wanted how much I was putting down and my expected monthly payments. The sales person was great but it was when the guy in the back the finance guy came out with his negative and rude attitude that I refused to stay. It was very unprofessional and kind of disrespectful of him to treat me the way he did. I did let him know that he was very rude and left the location shortly after that interaction. I'm happy to say I will be buying my car elsewhere and do not have to deal with these individuals any longer. BE CAREFUL HERE!!!! THESE ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!!!! Picked up my second leased Prius (my third Prius) from Prestige this week. Working with Chris D'Onofrio for the second time was easy and a pleasure. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I returned to Prestige because their and Chris' approach is different from most of the other dealerships I have bought from in the past. Im satisfied with the purchase and have the car for 6 months so far and No issues at all. Even went for a recent oil change and they checked everything out. From tire rotation, condition, breaks, ect. And all for 55$. I would give them 5 stars if they could get me a better APR rate but was unable lol. In the end, im happy with my purchase

Pretty questionable sales practices, I come in late I am given a price, I come back two days later to test drive the car, I say okay lets do the paperwork and they refuse to honor the price they gave me. I had to ask a favor of someone for a ride after work because I thought I would be leaving with the car that night. If I drove my car there I would have to leave a car in their parking lot overnight. I get an email two days after they told me they wouldn't honor the price saying they will now honor the price, but in a very ugly color. Pretty much feel like they tried to bait and switch me. I just ended up getting an Acura instead of an Avalon because the experience at the dealership was just unpleasant and unnecessary. I'm surprised the Toyota corporation does not look into the quality and selling practices of the dealership. Multiple dealerships selling other manufacturers cars where just much better and far more pleasant to deal with. I feel like I just went through 1950 bait and switch sales tactics, and whatever time I spent dealing with them was a waste in general. I don't recommend dealing with them just because if it is a hassle to deal with them pre-purchase I cannot imagine what the service is like afterwards.

I just bought a Camry XSE from Prestige - Rob Rago was my salesman. He is a personable, easy going guy that doesn't try to sell you something you don't want and absolutely no pressure. He just showed me what I was interested in, put the plates on and I took it for a ride. The car looks great and it seemed like a fair deal, although you will never put one over on a car dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car here in the future.

Debbie in finance was friendly and efficient and expedited our paperwork and helped us with a thorough explanation of our leasing questions. He sits down with you and ask questions that deal with personally which then guides him to get you into the right car. He explains everything including the financing and leasing options as well comparing the side by side. We have sent family and friends to see Chris and all rave about him. If you want to do it right the first time call Chris, set up a time to meet and plan on being there for a few hours so everything explained, all questions are answered and you walk away happy. False advertising with shady fees attached to their certified used cars. I tried purchasing a vehicle with the online advertised price and they attached a $1300 "recondition fee" because they feel they priced it too low. So they lure you in with a fake price online and then jack up the price when you get there by adding the fee. AVOID if possible.

I am pleased with the transaction my 2016 Toyota XLE Highlander and how everything was handled. I rate them 10+ and more they are uninstalling my remote starter that was given to me as a Mother's Day gift, at time of trading my car I expressed if they were able to do so and wow they will have it ready for me by tomorrow! I have always been satisfied with the excellent service at Prestige Toyota. If the service will take more then then a few hours then I can choose to take a Courtesy car and that means all the world to me so I don't have to sit and wait in the nice waiting room they have. I can go and get things done and later return -replenish the gas I used- and drive away in my serviced and washed car. You can't beat the convenience of drop off and drive away while your car is being serviced.

Tacoma brought in for servicing and recall of frame. Arrangements made effortlessly before appointment to secure loaner, drop off quick and was informed during the time in service of status and when it would be complete. Excellent service advisor.

Prior to this visit had an issue but Service Manager pro-actively stepped up and resolved in a positive and quick way.

Fixing or servicing a vehicle is important but so it the service wrapped around the effort. Thanks to the Peter, Service Advisor and Bob, Service Manager. Will keep on coming!

I was extremly impressed with Prestige. Everyone from the girl we met at the front door to the salesman "Jarred Manzone", were very professional. While I waited for my paperwork they explained all the features on my 2013 4 Runner. He even programed my phone and contacts into the car. I have never been so relaxed whilee buying a new car. I would recomend this dealer to anyone. I will let you know how the service is when I need it. Jarred has followed up with at least 3 calls since to see if I was pleased. I have written reviews for many companies and majority of my reviews are either a 4 or 5, which reflects exact the experience from the vendor. Prestige Toyota was my favorite till I bought my Sienna from them. I chose the car from online and it was exactly as described. The headphones were missing and the wonderful sales rep arranged a pair of new headsets within a week. However, they have a $500 deposit policy to hold a car. Which I paid as soon as I saw the car online. Then the drama started. The finance manager said it will be reimbursed and written in the paperwork. I was supposed to get back within a week or less. Long story short after numerous phone calls and trips making to the dealership after more than a month this still not resolved. The rep said it's not in his hand, talked to someone else. She said the will be ready in next day (which is a month ago)!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to know who should I contact to get it back. It's very unfortunate to deal like this unprofessionally for resolving a matter that shouldn't take more than 2-3 days.
Update: I just got the check in mail, thanks(it took a month). For me, the reputation for Prestige Toyota is damaged for the frustration I have gone through. However, I'm raising the rating since they solved my issue.

I had an appointment to test drive and pick up a Toyota Tundra on a Saturday afternoon. After a 120 mile ridevto the dealership after a long days work i was told that the truck i was going to pick up was sold that morning. The place is so disorganized that the representative i spoke to actuually made sure i was coming for the truck and claimed she had it "ready" for me 20 minutes before i arrived, even though the truck was already sold. My husband and I were in the market for a Prius to replace our old one. We were directed towards a Mr. Andy Eagle who was more than helpful. We expressed interest in one of the Certified Preowned s and fell in love with it immediately. Andy was very knowledgeable with the vehicle (it was a huge upgrade compared to our old Prius.) After he went through the tour of the car, we honestly had no further questions and knew we wanted it. He was incredibly helpful when it came to working with us and we couldn t have had a better experience. Thank you to Andy and to all of Toyota Ramsey!

January 13, 2018, I visited this dealership expecting to purchase a pre-owned 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE Premium Salsa Red in color, stock # T16304T. I was in communication with Jennifer Perez on Wednesday, January 10th, to ask a few questions regarding the vehicle. From the pictures on the website we both mentioned that it was a very clean car. Something I was looking for and met every criteria. We agreed that I would arrive on Saturday then spoke again on Friday around 5pm to confirm my visit and explained that I was on a strict time limit due to celebrating my son's 2nd birthday.
I drove 3 hours very excited from Lancaster, Pennsylvania in mind of making the purchase. I walked in the door promptly at 9 am and was attended immediately by Umair who directed me to Russell. He grabbed the keys and pulled the vehicle closer to the door for me to see in person. As he handed the keys he mentioned that the Sienna was a bit dirty because it was being used to transport the employees back and forth between buildings which seemed odd to me. As I walked around the vehicle I noticed the passenger side front and rear door had a significant mark from another vehicle. I could not believe that this was happening. I would assume after confirming my visit that the vehicle would be detailed and ready for me. After my 3 hour drive, you can just imagine my frustration. Russell said that they can not sell a vehicle in those conditions then contacted Rodrigo to come see. Rodrigo sent the vehicle to the body shop and to have it buffed.
While the vehicle was away Russell discussed that if I wanted the vehicle arrangements can be made for me to come back at another date for the dealership to make things right. I explained that it would be overwhelming making another trip. He then offered to reimburse me if I decide to have it repaired back in Lancaster, PA if I purchased it. I remained calm, then said to Russell that we can wait to see what the vehicle will look like after being buffed. I called my wife and informed her of my finding. I paced the showroom several times thinking of the situation. Several employees kindly asked if I was being helped or needed anything which made me feel valued. When the body shop returned the vehicle, the mark was removed but unfortunately the paint was scratched on the front passenger door and the rear passenger door had a dent. I was very disappointed and filled with dissatisfaction thinking about my 3 hour drive back home. I have been searching for 2 months and decided this one was the one! I had a title for my trade and a bank check ready.
Russell himself seemed somewhat embarrassed of the situation and very apologetic. Also mentioned that the dealer will do all they can to compensate me for the trouble. At this point time was ticking away but I was willing to make the purchase pending compensation. I drove my 99 Lexus RX300 for trade in not expecting much, it is my beater car and was well aware of it's value. I was ready to negotiate and leave with my Sienna.
After being there over an hour, the vehicle interior/exterior dirty, the mark and now dent I would figure my compensation would be worth the hassle. Mr. Rodrigo offered me a trade in value of $1000 and waived a setup fee. I asked Mr. Rodrigo for my keys, but then realized I had them, I turned around and walked out. If time wasn't an issue I would have negotiated for wholesale price for my troubles but the time spent with my son was priority!
I got in my car and left with the focus of my son's birthday party. I felt disrespected and not valued for as a customer over the situation. No consideration of my 6 hour trip back and forth to your dealership. Prestige Toyota left a poor impression and experience during my visit. I tried calling Jennifer P. but she never answered the phone nor did I receive a call from Prestige Toyota.It's obvious someone some how never got the ball rolling. The vehicle should have be detailed and set aside ready for customer not transporting employees.

Then service has a recall and gives us a small sedan replacing the minivan that needs work. Where should I put 3 kids???? No worries, they were very sorry and there is nothing they could do. When my car finally "died", I went to Prestige Toyota, since my RAV4 had been so reliable for many years. I knew what I needed and wanted and asked the sales rep, Aaron Golub to help me find the right car.

Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. He suggested a 2015 RAV4 with very low mileage with the dark interior I requested. The entire process from sales to financing was quick and they could not have made buying a car easier for me. They even allowed me to drive my new car home and leave the rental car with which I came to the dealership in their lot, so the rental company could come to pick it up at their convenience.

I highly recommend Prestige Toyota and could not be happier with my experience. GREAT group of people!

This was by far the best experience at a car dealership that I have ever had. Michael was attentive and friendly. I didn t feel pressured at all. It was simple, I got the car I wanted, no hassle. I asked the driver if he would drive me home, but said he had to check with my advisor. Service turnaround was quick and professional.

The online price was 29,995 which stated *Price(s) include(s) all costs to be paid by a consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes. Dealer doc fee of $499.00 not included in price. The price they quoted me was 29,995 with a 500 discount which comes out to 29,495. BUT THEY ADDED 1,995.00 FOR A VEHICLE PREP FEE. I WAS NOT AWARE THAT IT COST AN EXTRA 2K TO PREP A 2019 VEHICLE WITH 6,200 MILES ON IT. THIS IS VERY DECEPTIVE. I HAVE BOUGHT 2 VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE IN THE PAST FROM THE SAME SALESMAN.
