I always bring my car to Prestige. They are courteous, convenient and helpful. This time, I requested a loaner car (which I never do) and got a great Highlander to drive for a day. A few months ago I had my rear wiper blade replaced, drove away and later noticed that it wasn't actually replaced, but I was charged. No worries, when I called Prestige, they apologized and took care of it right away. Otherwise, all of my experiences at Prestige have always been very positive.
