I had an appointment to test drive and pick up a Toyota Tundra on a Saturday afternoon. After a 120 mile ridevto the dealership after a long days work i was told that the truck i was going to pick up was sold that morning. The place is so disorganized that the representative i spoke to actuually made sure i was coming for the truck and claimed she had it "ready" for me 20 minutes before i arrived, even though the truck was already sold. To make things worse, one of the sales guys tried to makevme buy another truck. Dissapointed, heart-broken and with a picket full of cash i headed back home for another 120 miles. Its a very unprofessional and disorganized dealeship.
