I have been going here(Prestige Toyota in Mahwah NJ) for quite some time to purchase my vehicle and my latest transaction took place a week ago 1/18/16 with James Z. and Sam the manager. I am pleased with the transaction my 2016 Toyota XLE Highlander and how everything was handled. I rate them 10+ and more they are uninstalling my remote starter that was given to me as a Mother's Day gift, at time of trading my car I expressed if they were able to do so and wow they will have it ready for me by tomorrow! I will continue going back because of their beyond customer satisfaction and helping me get lower monthly payments. I highly recommend James Z. Sales rep, who took the time to hear me out and had patience when deciding what to do. YCruz. ;)
