I went to Philips Toa Payoh office for my mixer which was under warranty, firstly they asked for purchased slip which I don t have that time but i showed them warranty card which was stamped by seller however they refused to accept that, secondly they offer me buy new with 30% discount and gave one coupon code but the guy who was serving me don t know how to use, even he doesn t have professional way of dealing with customer, he frustrated me lot by the time i reach to team lead then she assigned the task another person from her team, finally endup with buying new mixer with lot of trouble while my mixer was under warranty. Multinational company with bad service experience.

I bought a series 3000 Philips trimmer. Somehow, i misplaced the charger for it and when I went to the retailer who sold me the trimmmer i was advised to go to your service centre to get the charger. Therefore on 10 oct 2016 I went to your service centre as advised. I made an order for the charger and paid the money for it. I wanted the charger to be sent to my house rather than going back to collect it. For this service,i paid an extra payment. I was told that i would get the charger within 7 days and that they would actually call me within the next few days to book an appointment with me to send it straight to my house. I did not receive any calls. I think I called your service centre first on 19 October. I think their call centre is in Philipines. I have spoken to five different individuals. Jaime, Aira,Mary Grace,Amy(supervisor) and lastly Joey. Some escalated the matter to their supervisor Amy who told me that she will be contacting the relevant departments to check on the status of my charger's delivery. IN one instance, i was even promised that they would get back to me by the end of the day and eventually the next day at a certain timing which they failed to do so. I even provided my email address just in case they could not get through to me through my handphone. I did not receive anything. Just to let you know that this was a very tiring process whereby i had to speak with too many people who did not keep their promises. Everytime, i have to make a call and check on the status. I am very disappointed with your service. I did not pay for this. I would have really appreciated it if someone gave me a call to let me know that my item will be delayed. I have paid for this service and i seriously believe that I do not deserve this kind of treatment. I really hope that you look into this matter. On the other hand, I would like to thank your staff Joey on personally contacting the relevant department to get back to me. In a few hours upon speaking to Mdm Joey, some other lady called me to fix an appointment with me to schedule the delievery of the charger I have purchased.

I think that Philips service is good. My philips bread maker container (bread pan) got scratches. I called to service center to get a replacement. My order will arrived in 3-5 working days and I'll get sms when it will be ready to pick up.

Sent in a cordless vacuum, a model still available...

Sent in a cordless vacuum, a model still available at $339, which was not charging to the service centre. I mentioned it was no longer under warranty.

Was immediately informed the appliance would not be repaired. On further query, was informed it would be a $30 fee just to check and ascertain the fault.

However I was offered a 30% discount for a new appliance along with the risk in future of it breaking down as well and being subject to the same sorry aftersales experience ad nauseam. The company seems to have a unique approach to customer loyalty.

Buy Philips at your own risk.

Things that most people would buy during this warehouse clearance would be the airfryer which they will package it as a bundle with other freebies which can be quite good if you are a first timer moving into a new house and need all the kitchen requirements

I Will never ever buy again a Philips product. I bought a coffee machine 2 years ago 1 month later a problem.
Same problem today but now I need to pay 127 doll just to check what caused the issue (the guy has even not put on the machine before to told me they need 127 doll to check). So now I'm waiting to know how much to repair.
And the service ONE HOUR just to let the machine and pay. And of course need 17 days to repair.
DON'T BUY PHILIPS PRODUCTS

Tried to locate the exhaust and motor filters for my vacuum online, there were none listed for my model. called customer care service and officer informed that he will order for me and need 3-5 business days to deliver. it has been 2 weeks since and only got back n forth emails saying order hasn't arrived. how long must I wait for vacuum accessories you tell me? like I got nothing else to do or think about? wasting my time.

Really bad after sales custmer service. After my Phillips TV breaking down for the third time in two years, called the Phillips TV hotline to have it fixed for the third time. Coming close to lunch and no show from technician (scheduled for 10am to 2pm). Called the hotline to ask if the technician would be close by so I could pop out to get lunch. The curt reply was if I weren't at home, the technician would leave. Then the hotline staff pretended he couldn't hear anything and hung up. Lesson learnt, never buy Phillips even if it is $1. No QC, no EQ.

I ll seriously avoid PHILIP products at all cost. Learnt it the hard way! Spent close to 1.5k on a PHILIP Soundbar.. after warranty period is up, I had some issues with the surround speaker.. took it to PHILIPS service centre and was told that just to repair the 1 speaker, I would have to spend $300 to change the battery to see if it solves the problem otherwise another few hundred dollars to change the mother board. PHILIPS equipment costs more than Bose to repair that s for sure.

Very very very bad customer service!!!
Customer Officers and even supervisor don't bother to call me back within 24 to 48 hrs for the status of repair of my vacuum cleaner (still under warranty) which they have promised to do so. Not one but three occasions within one month!!! Such a big and reputable company that I've trusted for years! Can anyone in Philips tell me when can my vacuum cleaner be repaired?
21 Nov 15 9.13am I called again after waiting for reply for 52hrs! Again, same answer waiting for reply when the replacement will come.
Philips your reputation has been tarnished Very badly!!!!!!!.

I've already lost my patience waiting for an definite answer. Can Mr Frans van Houten respond?

The way Philips conduct business in Singapore are they going close door soon?

I'm still waiting for the response from Philips (24 Nov 15).

Have quite a bad experience with their customer service. TV brokd down and contact them. Their customer service totally no reply. Keep saying will contact us but not at all. Perhaps other country of Phillips is more responsive as compare to Singapore. Will never buy their products again.

They not ready to change as more than 7 days. I have used Philips mixie for years but the quality is detoriated considerably..very dissatisfied

Philips has opened up it's new APAC center in 2016. New building replaced TP3, and all other Philips are handed over to HDB. New APAC center has open office concept and where there is a big opening area in the center of the building resembling a shopping mall.

I sent my HD9240/90 airfryer for repair on 3 October 2016 and finally on 28 October 2016, the repaired airfryer is ready to be sent to my place. It was supposed to be delivered between 2pm to 5pm, and I have waited patiently for 3 hours and during this time, no one bothers to give me an update on the delivery. Finally, tired of waiting at 5.09pm, I gave Philips service center a call and the staff said she will check up on the delivery guy. Miraculously at 5.49pm, the delivery man arrives with my airfryer. And the most unbelievable thing happened! The airfryer comes without the basket! I have to call the service centre to ask for the missing basket! And they told me they would escalate my 'request'! I mean, this firstly is not a request and why is that the repair center does not have the diligence and sensibility to ensure that the product is complete before sending out to customer? I am totally disappointed that such a big company can have such lapses in service?? I am already very disappointed in the product itself since the airfryer fails to work after using it for less than 10 times!! And with these lapses in service, I am totally convinced that Philips is just patronizing his customers with defective products!

The place is nice... but their products are lousy, I bought two sonicare toothbrush s 1.5 years ago, this is the second time I bring it to the customer service again. The first time was exactly one year ago... I am wondering does Philips product can only last for one year.

I have another Braun toothbrush which I my Son which he has been using for than 3 years.

Other things I own from Philips include Cloth steamer, Air fryer and TV. All spoilt in a year or just after the warranty expired.

Never buy Philips product again.

Poor service for philip service centre as is no follow up after 2 days of waiting. The call center only take in calls and send to service centre for the technician to give quote. Such a big brand but poor service why would any customer want to buy Philip tv, I bought the Tv in 2017 the first month of usage there is no cable power to on the tv and again after 2 years the same issue. Such a disappointment on the service and the quality of the TV. Need to click one star to do the review what the heck!

was worried by the bad reviews. my e-toothbrush spoilt after 4months. hotline toldme i might have to buy again at 30% discount which is a ridiculous proposition since i have a 2 year warranty, but service somehow insist the possibility w/o explaination. i was certain its going to be bad. went down, it was empty so it took only 10mins. fast! by noon they SMS me that it will be a 1-1 exchange. i went back at 5pm and again it was fast. 5mins and i collected my new unit. with exception that the hotline needs to explain much better and assure customers, it was a very pleasant experience.

I bought an airfryer that comes with a free water boiler, but has to be redeemed at the service centre, there were no invoice stating the end date to claim the promotional items. When I tried calling in, I couldn't get through and when I finally did, they stated that the promotion period is over and is unable to claim. They have poor/misleading details for claiming process. It's quite a bad after sales service.

Spacious showrooms. You can visit & have a look at the various items while waiting for your turn at the customer services center. Free parking as well. Just tell the security uncle you are collecting your online purchased items. Collection is also fast & efficient. ( i would give 4 stars to the showroom & service provided but a 2 star is given to the fact that Philips sg online shop charges a 1% currency conversion fee for payment made via credit card for their local online purchase which is very ridiculous, not as if im in a foreign country buying items.. i am in Singapore making a local purchase with a local address for me to go pick up my purchased item so why would i be charged for a currency conversion fee) SO PLS be aware of this before you make purchases at the sg Philips online shop...

Canteen is neat and clean but there are limited food varieties. Infrastructure and other amenities are superb. Classrooms for SLC are well maintained with latest technology. WiFi Service is also good.

Contacted Philip cust care via whatsapp and call the landline as well in regard to my TV which is not working. It is still under warranty. The cust care whatsapp take 1 day to response. Call the landline and spk to a helpful CS who said he will register my case. He said the spare parts team will contact me. It is coming up to a week but no one contacted me to adv abt the availabality of the parts for my TV. It is taking to long to check. Can the management of Philip look into this matter. I have no problem with other brand. For your immediate action. Thks.

This was the response I got after trying to order an infrared bulb as a replacement to the Philips Lamp. The bulb costs $29 whilst a brand new lamp can be bought for $69 online.

Apologies for the confusion. We received an update from our spare part team and advised that the bulb of your cannot be ordered as a spare part. For replacement, you need to bring the unit to our service center.

There will be $21 labor charge if the unit is out of warranty. Kindly advise if you still have a copy of the receipt for the warranty. If receipt is no longer available, we will base its warranty on the serial number indicated on the product marking below the main unit.

If yr philip adaptor so simple thing also cant provide gd quality,then hw gd is yr iplhair removal can b trust.

Regret buying from Phillips. The Phillips Intellia coffee machine I bought had two free servicing. Took forever to get the servicing guy to come for the first servicing. For the second, the customer service lady who answered my call promised to return my call to fix a date but did not.

Now, the LED display on the machine doesn't work. After many calls, managed to find out that they cannot sell the part to me. I have to send it to this Phillips APAC Center where I will be charged 1. Assessment Fee $80; 2. Repair cost (no estimation); and 3. Material cost (also no estimation). They refused to sell the part to me insisting that I send the machine to their service center.

Worst after sale service I have encountered. I will NEVER buy Phillips again!

Got a brand new air purifier, within 2 days the mo...

Got a brand new air purifier, within 2 days the motor was buzzing loudly on "silent" mode. Went through the longest exchange and pointless troubleshooting with them telling me to clean my filter (I did so twice and the machine is brand new). Finally I had to pay to get it picked up to be fixed and returned ($16), and I even asked the customer service what fixes have been done on it, she told me they cleaned the filter. I told her again that thats not the problem, the filter is clean. She said she'll ask the technicians to call me on the same day, never happened. Then they delivered it back, no change nothing. And there were even some stuff left on the filter so clearly it was never cleaned! All they did was leave a tape on it with a number. It's absolutely ridiculous and all they say is they don't take returns after 7 days. So I'm just suppose to content myself with a very noisy air purifier.

So that's it? Seriously disappointing and absolutely zero after sales service.

Easy to self collect and products could be seen and displays for you to try at the showroom.
Not good is some displays were not powered up for you to try, and the sms queue system programming sucks. It won't notify you when you turn is near despite many tries. You need to monitor the screen for your turn.
