Regret buying from Phillips. The Phillips Intellia coffee machine I bought had two free servicing. Took forever to get the servicing guy to come for the first servicing. For the second, the customer service lady who answered my call promised to return my call to fix a date but did not.

Now, the LED display on the machine doesn't work. After many calls, managed to find out that they cannot sell the part to me. I have to send it to this Phillips APAC Center where I will be charged 1. Assessment Fee $80; 2. Repair cost (no estimation); and 3. Material cost (also no estimation). They refused to sell the part to me insisting that I send the machine to their service center.

Worst after sale service I have encountered. I will NEVER buy Phillips again!
