Really bad after sales custmer service. After my Phillips TV breaking down for the third time in two years, called the Phillips TV hotline to have it fixed for the third time. Coming close to lunch and no show from technician (scheduled for 10am to 2pm). Called the hotline to ask if the technician would be close by so I could pop out to get lunch. The curt reply was if I weren't at home, the technician would leave. Then the hotline staff pretended he couldn't hear anything and hung up. Lesson learnt, never buy Phillips even if it is $1. No QC, no EQ.
