I went to Philips Toa Payoh office for my mixer which was under warranty, firstly they asked for purchased slip which I don t have that time but i showed them warranty card which was stamped by seller however they refused to accept that, secondly they offer me buy new with 30% discount and gave one coupon code but the guy who was serving me don t know how to use, even he doesn t have professional way of dealing with customer, he frustrated me lot by the time i reach to team lead then she assigned the task another person from her team, finally endup with buying new mixer with lot of trouble while my mixer was under warranty. Multinational company with bad service experience.
