I bought a series 3000 Philips trimmer. Somehow, i misplaced the charger for it and when I went to the retailer who sold me the trimmmer i was advised to go to your service centre to get the charger. Therefore on 10 oct 2016 I went to your service centre as advised. I made an order for the charger and paid the money for it. I wanted the charger to be sent to my house rather than going back to collect it. For this service,i paid an extra payment. I was told that i would get the charger within 7 days and that they would actually call me within the next few days to book an appointment with me to send it straight to my house. I did not receive any calls. I think I called your service centre first on 19 October. I think their call centre is in Philipines. I have spoken to five different individuals. Jaime, Aira,Mary Grace,Amy(supervisor) and lastly Joey. Some escalated the matter to their supervisor Amy who told me that she will be contacting the relevant departments to check on the status of my charger's delivery. IN one instance, i was even promised that they would get back to me by the end of the day and eventually the next day at a certain timing which they failed to do so. I even provided my email address just in case they could not get through to me through my handphone. I did not receive anything. Just to let you know that this was a very tiring process whereby i had to speak with too many people who did not keep their promises. Everytime, i have to make a call and check on the status. I am very disappointed with your service. I did not pay for this. I would have really appreciated it if someone gave me a call to let me know that my item will be delayed. I have paid for this service and i seriously believe that I do not deserve this kind of treatment. I really hope that you look into this matter. On the other hand, I would like to thank your staff Joey on personally contacting the relevant department to get back to me. In a few hours upon speaking to Mdm Joey, some other lady called me to fix an appointment with me to schedule the delievery of the charger I have purchased.
