Very very very bad customer service!!!

Very very very bad customer service!!!
Customer Officers and even supervisor don't bother to call me back within 24 to 48 hrs for the status of repair of my vacuum cleaner (still under warranty) which they have promised to do so. Not one but three occasions within one month!!! Such a big and reputable company that I've trusted for years! Can anyone in Philips tell me when can my vacuum cleaner be repaired?
21 Nov 15 9.13am I called again after waiting for reply for 52hrs! Again, same answer waiting for reply when the replacement will come.
Philips your reputation has been tarnished Very badly!!!!!!!.

I've already lost my patience waiting for an definite answer. Can Mr Frans van Houten respond?

The way Philips conduct business in Singapore are they going close door soon?

I'm still waiting for the response from Philips (24 Nov 15).
