I bought this machine recently,20 days back. had an awful experience. It always give some error. To make 5-6 chappatis, I nave to clean the machine 2-3 times at least. Sometimes it says "Floor is not Perfect", sometimes "Tunnel is blocked", "Sweeper is blocked", etc. Adding to it, they DON'T have any call or man support so far. All you can do is chatting with not so helpful executives. I would highly recommend NOT to buy this fakely self proclaimed worthless machine.
I wish we could have gotten this roti making machine sooner! Love it!!

I have seen many videos about Rotimatic and it looks good. Though I am not sure if I'm ready to invest so much for it.
The worse experience I ever had with this product, I bought this from Rotimatic online website, we have used it for 2 days and wanted to return the item but no one was willing to guide us through return process. The worse customer service experience. I Waite over a month as still didn t herd anything from the company to return this item. I will not recommend this product( Rotimatic) to any human being. If you don t want to burn your money than please don t buy it.
Sweet lord! Thats my first thought when the first Roti came out the Rotimatic. Blessed to be in this position where I get to enjoy such innovation. I know the founders will continue to revolutionising this product. Cant wait
Very bad customer service. Here is my story:
My Bua had ordered a rotimatic before and she told relatives about it. They were excited because the product seems to be working well - so we tried to order two via a referral code to get a discount for recommending the product. That discount-code, which is generated on their website, did not work - on their website. After several hours of chatting with the customer service and a phone call they ensured that they would fix this issue on their website and get back to us within 24-48 hours - what never happened.
Out of the blue the link worked a week later, so because Bua liked the product I ordered the two pieces. The usual dispatch time is 3-7 days according to Rotimatic's website. I ordered the product on the 10th of August and until this day it has not arrived.
I talked to Rotimatic to ask for the parcel and they said "it is stuck in customs - please contact them." no help whatsoever. It's "your problem" now. So I did and they told me, the parcel was stuck because no address was written on the parcel. Great job.
The second order was cancelled, because they assumed it would be credit card fraud - since I ordered the same product to go to the same address with the same account. So one was going to be delivered andthe other on not so much. Great logic there.
The worst thing is, no one notified us. Nobody aussmed it would be necessary.

Horrible customer service. Machine starts to down after about 12-15 months. They don t seem to make a fenuine effort to aleviate the customers complains. Not happy. Will not recommend.
Fuss free cleaning from making Rotis. tell me that 10 years ago and I would have thought you were lying. Now its truly like a scene in star trek where innovations are at its best

Purchased a Rotimatic for my elderly mother. Unfortunately it is nothing as promised. It doesn't work despite software and hardware updates. Trying to get in touch with the company is a nightmare in itself. They pass you from pillar to post. Eventually they collected the machine but it was no celebration for us as they never gave us our money back despite us returning this in the so called 30 days return they promise. The battle continues.
I had the honour of trying my sister Rotimatic when i visited. This review represents both my sister and my thoughts. We both agrees that it brings family together. Machine is rubbish sent it back straight away was eventually told would get full refund after 3 weeks and waiting still nothing and they ve stopped responding stay away do not buy this you ll regret it!!!!!
It's amazing. Love my Rotimatic! It's an absolute blessing. When I saw it on video, I wasn't too sure but when I received it, was awestruck. The rotis puff like phulka and its just so easy to use and clean. Saves me about an hour everyday. Great invention!

Shittiest company ever - they never resolve issues - takes their sweet time and then blame on holidays for not getting any work done. These folks pre authorised shitload of amount from my credit card and when asked to send an email to resolve it - they are taking way longer - it was a mistake ordering from these monsters - BUYERS BEWARE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
False advertise. Return in 3 days. Refund ? 2 mos later, no refund. Contact ? No phone# in USA or Singapore . STAY AWAY !
We bought a rotimatic in Jul 2019, and worked fine for 2 months and all of a sudden stopped working. Contacted customer support and went back n forth for a month (bcos of the TZ diff, we are in PST and they are based in Singapore) and finally after a month and half we received a replacement unit on Dec 1. Upon opening the replacement unit, its cracked and we their contacted support again, and cycle goes on (when we contact its night for them, and when they contact us we are sleeping due to TZ) and all this comms is happening in their rotimatic app which has a terrible user experience. I will not recommend this product and looking to get my refund back. Hope someone from Rotimatic customer support reads this and does something.
