I have a new lexus less than two months old but yesterday had a flat tire from a nail. I called the lexus service dept and asked if I have any kind of new car coverage and she said she cant tell until it is looked at by a technician. I requested her to ask the technician and she came back and told me that I should bring the car in. So I drove about two hours in the morning rush hour and went to the service dept. Before I got out of the car a lady came and said that I have to pay for a new tire($370) I said no and went back to discount tires and got the same tire for $225. What they could have told me over the phone, took my 3 hours time for nothing. Hope they hire some one in the service dept who knows some thing about service

My husband & I purchased a vehicle over 30 days ago. We still don't have access to our online portal. I have called Lexus Financial and they are not able to find us in their system. Ot seems as we never purchased the car, however when I asked about giving it back they states legally I can't. We were offered the 90 day no payment option, but never told that it is a deferral and now our contract is extended 3 more months. In addition, when we bought the car, we were not informed about the vehicle features. The salesperson did not even know that we could use the key to start the vehicle. I had to read the manual to get all this information. It is very upsetting that this happened. I thought going through Lexus, it would be an amazing experience. It was not. If I could give the vehicle back, I would. Never will I purchase a vehicle through this location again.

Robert Strum and the entire staff at Park Place were friendly, helpful and professional in their dealings with me. I had visited them before this sale to see their selection of vehicles and there was NO pressure to buy at that time and was a major factor in going back to them for the purchase. Dealings were fair, respectful (no making you feel like they have all the power and you have none), and very straight forward (no running to a sales manager for approvals, no intense haggling although a little is to be expected). Based on my research, I felt I got a great deal (although it IS the end of the model year). The purchase itself was done very professionally, although it took longer than I would have liked, nearly an hour and a half, to get all the paperwork prepared for me to sign.
I haven't taken the car in for any service, only 3 weeks old, so can't comment on their service but a friend raves about how they take care of her and her car, so I'm expecting the same service when I do take it in.

I leased a Lexus in 2016 from the park place in Plano tx. I was working with Victor and we agreed on 24 months/15,000 miles a year. Victor came to my job and asked me to sign the papers. I signed the lease agreement without looking at it. I trusted him. I never thought that he would trick me and put in the lease agreement something else. Two months before my 24 months lease was up, I went and leased a different car and I sent Lexus financial the check for the last 2 months and called them to let them know I am going to drop off the car to the dealer. That s when I found out that my lease wasn t what we agreed on- it was 27 months/12,000 miles a year. So I still have 5 months left and I am already over on my miles. I called every Lexus customer service to ask for help and no one helped me. I called the general manger of the Plano Park Place dealer and he never called me back. I had to park the car in the garage for 3 months and make payments on it and on the other car I leased. Finally, I returned the Lexus and I got a bill for $1349 to pay for the extra miles and charges of excessive wear and use. They told me I need to change my tires because it wasn t with their standard wear. I know you guys will tell me it s my fault for not reading the lease agreement. I will say, you guys are right, I thought we re supposed to trust your sales people when we give them all of our information like our social security number. I will never trust them ever again and I will never buy or lease a Lexus because they don t care about their customers. I am going to tell my story to everyone I know and make sure my story is on every media website. Victor tricked me and lied to me to sell this car to make his Commission.

Well, when I purchased the pre-owned car in June, I raved about my experience with Park Place. Super smooth transaction process, no pressure sales, friendly staff from top to bottom. Service experience just as smooth and pleasant. HOWEVER, it has all fallen apart as we are now 3 months into ownership and I have yet to receive the tag I paid for!! After receiving a 2nd temporary tag that is expiring tomorrow, I have now left 2 messages for my sales associate, which have gone unanswered. After calling today, I'm told they will have him call me. REALLY? I can walk up to the tag office today and get a tag, so what exactly is Park Place up to that it takes 3 months to get a tag? Service after the sale is just as important as the sale and clearly Park Place has missed this!! Not happy!!!

The experience was really really pleaset. My sales person, Erin, was amazing, well informed and owned the entire buying process. So when I walked in to the time I left she never once handed me off to anyone. To me that made the experience so much more enjoyable since I was NOT handed over to others to try to sell me again and again.
In addition, when we were going through the buying process we discussed all aspects of the vechile, to include maintence. I mentioned some of our past positive experiences with other dealerships. Based on our needs she immediately walked me over to the Servide Desk, and introduced me to AJ, as the future Service Rep. Erin definitely shows that she is not interested in selling you the current car you are looking for, but all cars you plan to purchase in the future.

We bought our first Lexus from Park Place in 1993. Park Place is by far the most professional auto dealership we have worked with and they have a terrific reputation in the DFW area. While Lexus is the Ritz-Carlton/Nordstroms of auto dealerships, Park Place is one of the finest Lexus dealerships in the country.
Lexus makes such an outstanding automobile that I have had excellent luck with buying used low mileage vehicles and driving them for several years. They are incredibly reliable and hold up very well even at high mileage.
I started looking for a used Lexus LX in October of last year. For some time I simply looked at the online sites. At some point I realized that LXs that are low mileage and in great shape frequently sell the first day they are on the market. I missed several opportunities even though I called the first day the LX came on the market. After researching on the internet I found that they are in tremendously high demand. I decided I needed to make contact with several Lexus dealerships and have them keep an eye out for me for a vehicle that matched what I was looking for.
At any dealership, your salesperson is going to determine the type of experience you have. I visited Park Place and met Stanley Kovach. Stanley is the precise type of sales person I was looking for. While all Park Place personnel are a pleasant experience, Stanley really works with his clients. He listens very well and ensures he understands what you are looking for then he genuinely makes the effort to find it for you. When one comes available that fits your criteria he is simply faster at contacting you than other sales people. This wasn't the first vehicle that came available where I was the first customer to see it. Stanley does not push his clients in ways that make them uncomfortable and while this is a sales trademark at Lexus, Stanley stands out. During my search, I called/visited every high-end auto dealership within 250 miles of Dallas and told them what I was looking for. Of all of the sales people I talked to, including sales people at other Lexus dealerships, Stanley was by far the most pleasant and helpful.
Today I bought a used Lexus LX with 20,000 miles on it. It looks like it just came off the new car show room floor. Any used vehicle in this shape are difficult to find, much less a used LX. I credit Stanley with making sure we got the first look at it. I also credit Park Place for recognizing the potential in Stanley and for hiring him.

I have been a loyal customer with park place Lexus Plano, Texas from the day I owned my Lexus. I have service my car there every time my car requires maintance or any checks to say the least. The service advisor I normally work with is amazing and I am greatful for Chris. However today (a few moments ago) I came for the scheduled maintaince. Unfortunately Chris is out today and was directed to another service advisor. Men, I have never encountered someone very rude and very mean in his way of talking and handling customers in my entire adult life, to say the least, and frankly I was at point that all I want is pay for the service in advance and never deal with this guy ever again.

Here is my "park place Experience".. First off I have worked in the auto industry for over 8 years and NEVER seen anything like this. Unfortunately it makes sense why people are scared of dealerships, its because of people like Tony C. at park place Lexus who put a bad rep on the industry workers.
I purchased a battery from park place Lexus (07/18) for my wife's 2014 Lexus GS350 F-Sport which included a 2 year warranty (I have the receipt for it and there is a sticker on the battery). I installed it myself since I worked at a shop. Last week her car would not start and cut off while driving. I noticed near the battery where the cable connects was loose. The next day was my day off so I decided to take it to my local Lexus dealership and just get it taken care of thinking they can do a battery test and fix anything if needed.
My friend and I pull into the service drive of park place Lexus for the very first time and it was a sad experience. We were told to wait in the car for a service advisor and then Tony comes to my window to ask "whats going on". Halfway into answering him he cuts me off and said "Its for sure not the battery the car wouldn't just cut off like that". Tony is in sales and just trying to line me up for a bigger service bill but thats the wrong approach. After I mention the cable connection may need to be tightened he said "pop the hood". Realizing it could be the battery/connection he said "come to my office", where it got even worse.
We walk into this nice dealership and thought ok maybe it will get better. Sitting in his office he asks for my vin #, typically a service advisor would already have gotten from the car. Then starts asking for the receipt and tells me that since I installed the battery myself it is no longer under warranty and I should go back and fix it. I was confused as to why he wasn't even trying to help me get it fixed or quote me some services. He kept insisting I need the receipt which I said I can pull up for him since I bought it from their parts department. I asked if I show proof if he can just test the battery he responded with "take it back to whoever put it in and have them fix it". I then realized that since we are NOT WHITE like him and have tattoos that he totally thinks we just stuffed someones Lexus battery into my car to try to get a free one!? His job is to SELL services and the fact that he was asking us to leave was shocking. Im sure if I showed up in my usual suit and tie this would be a different story.
As we are leaving his office I still hadn't got a price for anything so I turn back and asked how much to check my battery since Im already there. Still sitting in his chair he responds "$75". I literally started laughing, not because the price but because if his approach was different I may have been ok with spending a little extra to just get it done on the spot. When I get back to my car it had chalk marking on the window so after going back in to let Tony know he wiped it off and left my window looking nasty (refer to pics).
Now for the good that came out if this experience. I decided to drive to my local Auto Zone. A gentlemen greeted me with a smile and asked how he can help. He walked me out opened the hood and said "looks like the cable is loose, let me tighten that up for you". Then said "ok now that its tight, let me do a quick battery test". He completed a battery test and tightened up the cable under 5 minutes with no charge! The battery tested low and recommended replacing. With no hesitation I agree and purchased a new battery (picture of receipt attached). The head tech comes from the back and said "Lexus batteries are harder to pull out because of a bracket, I got this" and installed the battery in 100 degree weather for free with a smile. Not only did I get REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, not some fake fancy BS..I also saved on park place's $75 battery test fee and $150 labor to install. So I decided to take the savings and "gift" it to the 2 guys who helped me out as a small thank you.

I don't purchase a new vehicle very often as I buy them and keep them, typically for 8+ years, so for me, it's a big event. Anthony was great to work with, knowledgeable, detail oriented and honest. He followed up with me for months until the time was right for me to purchase. Post sale has been very good and I'm taking advantage of the free car washes pretty frequently. I can't say enough great things working with Greg Ebenholtz. I was referred to him from a friend and I am so grateful! From start to finish it was an easy car purchase. There was no hard sale, he listened to what I was looking for, asked questions about what was going on in my life to make sure I got the right car that would last me 5-10 years rather than what I just wanted "right now". He went over recommended extra packages in the end of maintenance care, extended warranty etc and was just telling us about them and letting us know what recommended versus scaring us into purchasing more. The new car sales department is simply horrible and discriminatory. I bought 2 new cars from here and the sales guy named ken Adkins simply do NOT return my call. I called 3 times and he intentionally ignored me. So I confronted with him today by visiting this place with a manager and he simply lied by saying he called me back. The manager is also NOT helpful, rather than asking the sales guy he simply trying to say it is OK that I didn t get the call, NO apology, their service department is nice, I worked with Kyle and he is simply amazing. By not getting the call back from the sales guy, I have to spend $600 which is NOT acceptable at all, I simply do NOT deserve any respect and I don t get any service because to them, I can t drive Lexus!!! Until I found Park Place Lexus, visiting an automobile dealership was a chore and a hassle. My impression from years of car buying was that I would be given the run-around, passed from salesperson to "manager," and be given conflicting information. The reason I continue to purchase from Park Place Lexus (my first purchase there was in 1998, and I have now bought 7 cars from them) is that when I step into Park Place Lexus, I feel like I am the most important person there. I am greeting warmly by everyone I see. The receptionist offer me candy, everyone asks if I am being helped. My sales associate greets me as a friend, the general manager sees me from across the room, and comes to ask how I am doing, and remembers where I work and asks how everything is going. You get the idea. There is no pressure to purchase, there are only friendly caring people. The ambiance of the dealership is more like a fine restaurant than an automobile dealership. You do pay a premium for the car you purchase at Park Place Lexus, but you can purchase with confidence, knowing that your service experience on a new vehicle will be exceptional, and that a pre-owned car you purchase will have been given the most rigorous examination possible. Pre-owned vehicles that Park Place Lexus put in their used inventory are exceptional cars. My most recent purchase was a used Lexus LS 460 L. I was shown the complete vehicle history, saw everything they did to the vehicle when it was traded, and when I found the one and only minor blemish on the car, I was assured they would make repairs at their cost to the minor leather damage. Just last week I took the car in for this work, which was completed in a day, looks like new, and I was given a free loan car to drive while my 2007 was repaired. Of course it came back washed and vacuumed as well. If you want a near perfect automobile purchase experience where you will be treated like royalty whether you are buying a new Lexus LS or a pre-owned car, you owe it to yourself to check out Park Place Lexus.

Kenneth Adkins, our salesman, was wonderful. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and made the experience probably one of the most enjoyable car purchasing experiences we'd ever had (and that's saying a great deal). To top it off,
2 days after we purchased the car, we were driving and realized that we had a low tire. We were close to Park Place so we pulled it and they couldn't have been more
helpful. In no time, the tire was repaired and we were back on the road.

to end.

Aside from the crazy up sale of services and parts, taking a car in to get serviced and receiving it back with a broken side mirror requiring a $705 fix is reason enough for me to not recommend this place. Thanks to the manager for letting us know that the mirrors "wear down over time." Definitely some quality parts being used then.

Blake Cooper in New Sales and Greg Delano in Service are the reason I keep coming back to Park Place Lexus. This is my third Lexus lease and after shopping other dealerships (including competing Lexus dealerships) in the area and when we lived in Pittsburgh, PA - there is simply nothing that comes close to the level of professionalism and consideration for their customers than you will receive here. It was a bit different making a new car purchase during a pandemic, but it is apparent that the staff and the facilities take care to ensure safety and cleanliness inside. What I loved most about working with Blake is that he never once pressured us and was patient with all of our requests and desire to drive several different models before we ultimately made the decision to lease our second RX350. Being that WHITE RX350s are like lemmings in West Plano, we were sold immediately when we stumbled upon the rare RX350 in NORI GREEN PEARL... It is gorgeous! If I could GIVE them negative stars, I would in a heartbeat. We bought a preowned, low mileage, RX350 that had been regularly serviced at park place Lexus. Apparently, the original owners ignored recall warnings to fix a cracking dashboard. When we purchased the vehicle, Park Place refused to fix the issue, despite it being a manufacturer s defect. Park Place showed that the vehicle was due for this recall repair but claimed that we were too late to get it fixed through no fault of our own. For a dealership who prides itself on customer service and putting the customer first, we left extremely disappointed. Going forward, we ll be sure to stick with Sewell!!

Bought a wheel and tire warranty specifically to cover replacement tires, it came time to replace my tires talked to 2 different people on the phone that assured me that was covered made an appointment arrive and am told it is not covered. I am not surprised or upset about a warranty not covering what it is supposed to cover, that s obvious, but to be assured it is covered and drive 3 hours to have a car serviced and be told it isn t covered is downright infuriating
