I just got my pre-owned Mazda 3 2012 from Lexus Park Place Plano and absolutely happy with the car!!! I highly recommend Hugo Garita ( Sales Experience Manager)- he assisted me throughout the whole car purchasing process from the very moment I walked in the dealership till the end when I got the keys to my Mazda. Hugo is a professional, has amazing approach to people, great communication skills, patience and knowledge of cars industry. He spent a lot of time with me testdriving the cars I liked, he explained me everything I asked him and I felt very pleased and relaxed. The day I purchased my Mazda, Hugo came across all the details about the car, explained the function of each button inside the car, and he was always available to answer my questions even when I was texting him. Hugo, once again, I appreciate your help, I am very happy with my amazing Mazda and I really enjoyed working with you.
