Our sales manager was Paul Kim. Awesome experience! We have bought several cars from Park Place Lexus Grapevine and have never been treated the way Paul worked with us and making us feel very comfortable about our purchase. Yes we pushed back on a couple of things, but Paul was persistent, explained everything over many times as we needed to understand the numbers from our purchase. Anyone else would have not been nice nor spent time with us, believe me we had that experience in the past. A++ treatment!!!
