A few months ago I bought a NX 200t from Herb this was an exceptional experience for me, loved everything about it. Due to that fact I decided to go back there for maintenance I figured their service would be comparable to what Herb offered. Bad idea, brought it for the first service, I waited 9 days for my SUV, they were waiting on a tire replacement. I figured OK, it happens things get delayed all the time and I had a loaner so it didn't disrupt my day to day so it didn't bother me. When I finally picked it up on 7/19 the SUV was dirty, I asked when I scheduled the maintenance to have it run thru the complimentary car wash, wasn't done. What's worse I had what looked like splattered white paint on the inside on the drivers door as well as the rear passenger door fortunately I was able to clean that off I have no idea what that was. The inside roof has what looks like grease or dirt stain. I know this wasn't there before I brought it in I am the only one that drives this SUV. Now, Omar, my service guy called and apologized for this and offered me a free tank of gas next time I come for service to make up for the bad experience. That is not going to happen I will not come back for service here ever again. I can't help but think, if they were this careless with the exterior of the car how careless were they with the inside of the car? Was maintenance done correctly as stated on the invoice or did they leave a mess just like with the outside? I won't risk that, a $35 car tank fill up is not worth the risk of having something way more expensive ruined. This time I was able to remove the white splatter whatever it was but what can I expect next time? No thank you. This is definitely not what I expected from a Park Place service department.
