My experience was awesome, and the sales personnel were very helpful and patient. I walked into their dealership thinking it was like any other, that was my mistake. The sales personnel are friendly and never pushy when they were dealing with my purchase, and the place was very pleasant. This is something that is usually not expected when going to purchase a new or used car. I have already told my close friends about them, because they are thinking of purchasing a Lexus, and recommend Park Place above all.

Leasing a new car with Carl Keith's guidance was a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations when I went in for our appointment. This isn't the first car I've leased with him. My husband Ed, and I leased one with him three years ago. Ed arranged the lease plan with Carl knowing that his health was precarious. He wanted to simplify my having a car and it has worked out as he wished. I leased this car on my own and the whole experience of finding the right car was a joy. Buying a new car from Park Place Lexus was an extremely pleasant experience. This dealership is clean, beautiful, and spacious. We were greeted immediately. Nick Kowalsky was our salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, funny, and energetic. He spent a great deal of time with us. He gave us a tour of the whole dealership and explained about service and car washes. After buying the car and picking up the new license plates, we felt that we had a new friend. We would definitely recommend this dealership and will consider Lexus again for our next car. The ratings for reliability for Lexus are very high. If only all companies provided this level of service and kindness toward customers, the world would be a better place.

For the past 3 years I have had my ES350 serviced every 5K miles at Park Place Plano TX, and each time service has been great, however, the customer care and service provided by Ann-Dee Jayne ("AJ"), Asst. Customer Service Mgr, recently far exceeded anything I had ever experienced in the past. Truly extraordinary! Upon reflecting on the customer service survey form rating of EXTREMELY SATISFIED, I felt that it did not adequately express the level and care of service provided by AJ.

I went in to see what options i had with trading in my leased 2012 Honda Odyssey and perhaps leasing a new Lexus within the price range i had in mind. Mr. KC Chaudhry was the salesperson that helped me. He was professional and very informative. If it wasn't for him i probably wouldn't have driven out of there hour and a half later with a new Lexus. He made me feel right at home. Mr. KC introduced me to other employees and this made me feel special.

One week ago I purchased at 2017 GMC HD Denali from Park Place Lexus in Plano. The truck had 27k miles at the time of purchase. One week later I notice that the truck was not braking properly. I called my sales person Tony Acosta and his advice to me was to take the truck to a GMC Dealer. Shame on me for not staying with Sewell GMC.

I previously was STRICTLY BMW, but I know now that I've been totally converted to Park Place and Herb due to their efforts to make the car buying experience more pleasant then I EVER dreamed possible. The effort to get me into the PERFECT car by Herb is unprecedented in my many years of experience. The attention to detail, the rapport building, and the TRULY Personalized Service both during and AFTER the sale have always exceeded my expectations and have made me a customer for life. Of course the quality of the car is outstanding, and I couldn't be happier!

Traded in a very low mileage RX 350-2012 to get a new 2015 for the new safety features and back up camera in the dash. Did not look at back up camera until bought car.
Very disappointed that there was no colored back up markers/grids to help one judge distance and danger zones when backing up.
I rent cars weekly and all have grids to help on backing up. My new Ford Edge has them.My son's new Mazda 3 has them.

I wasn t going into Park Place Lexus to buy a car so quickly, but I fell in love with the Nx300 & heard so many good things that I was sold after the test drive. Also, we bought right before the year was ending & the deals they had going on were great. The dealership itself is very large, clean, and well decorated, and the staff is all very helpful. My particular sales manager Gabriel Delgado was wonderful because he never pressured me to buy, but rather did everything in his power to get me into the exact car at the exact price that I wanted. I felt like he was on my side and not trying to swindle or mislead me like so many car buying experiences in the past. He also has been readily available with any questions I ve had after buying the car. I will definitely use him & stick with Lexus from here on out!

I was lucky enough to get connected with Marciano Pauda who helped me find a fantastic certified pre-owned 2017 IS 200T this June. Doing this during the pandemic and from Los Angeles posed many challenges and Marciano was amazing throughout. When we FaceTimed so I could see two cars he had for me, he noticed a scratch on one of them that their detail team had missed - he could've easily not shown me (there's only so much you can see on video) but he was transparent and straight with me which was an unexpected bonus. He also assured me that would be sorted immediately, they are very selective over their pre-owned cars and want to ensure their customers get the very best.

Marciano genuinely cares about his customers, goes above and beyond to help things go smoothly and never once pressured me in any way to make a decision. He's made the entire process much easier than it could have been. I'd recommend everyone go see Marciano and enjoy the quality of service and cars at Park Place Lexus.

Great experience in August 2018 purchasing a new 2018 ES 350 from Park Place Lexus! Super fast and friendly staff and wonderful accommodations. Worked with Adam Remmington and Jason Huber from the sales team, and they allowed for a super smooth and easy buying experience. Highly recommended! Tip for new buyers: Come in knowing what you want and how much you're willing to spend. It'll make the experience so much better.

We recently purchased a Lexus ES300H at Park Place Lexus. KC Chaudhry made the experience "painless" by being very knowledgeable and very patient in learning what was important to us. He made us feel that we were his most important clients and was willing to spend as much time with us as needed. There was NO pressure to make a decision and not once were we "encouraged" to buy anything that day. He simply spent the time necessary and then let us walk away and return when we were ready to make a purchase. How nice... we bought the car with everything that we wanted on it and there was no "back and forth" between us and the manager. Thank you for such a nice car buying experience!

Jerry Hinson is awesome. Even though we did not purchase a car at Park Place, I would like to recognize Jerry. He made us feel completely comfortable. He didn't pressure us to make a sale and only wanted to sell the car we wanted. If it's not on the lot, Jerry will not sell it to us. The reason why we didn't buy a car at Park Place was because they did not have the car we wanted. If they did, then I would most definitely would have purchase the car at Park Place. I regretting it to be honest.

I bought my RX 330 in 2004 and has routinely taken my vehicle for oil changes and maintenance. Few years (around 2010) after I bought the vehicle, I noticed cracks on my dashboard. During the drive through area, I told the service rep (I don't recall his name as it was more than 5 years ago) that the dashboard has a crack He brushed off and said if I wanted a repair, it would cost $3000. I told him, I was not interested since I didn't want to spend money on a small crack. The dashboard then started crack even more as I continue to drive, I thought that it was weird that a luxury brand vehicle would have this continuous problem (since the crack was not localized). In the mean time, I have gone through some recalls and required maintenance. Anyway, last week, the engine light came on and I took it to autozone for diagnosis. The technician saw the cracks of the car and told my husband certain Lexus model had a cosmetic recall specifically the dashboard. We then searched the internet and found the recall was around 2015. During that time, I had took my car in and no one told me that Lexus would replace it. I also never received a notification. I contacted Lexus and was told that the 'warranty' expired! I was never even informed about this (what made me mad was I had previously mentioned this). All my relatives drive and own Lexus cars. For years, I take my car in even though it's old (2004) and their services were more expensive. I thought I could trust them. Guess no!!! I was told if you don't inquire about recalls or special notification like this cosmetic replacement at time you bring in your car for service; the service reps would NOT mention that to you. I included one picture below and the crack is actually through out the dashboard!

Update - After another visit we were taken care of...

Update - After another visit we were taken care of well throughout the entire process. Communication and service were exactly what we needed. Later that day the dealership has gone above and beyond to rectify the previous situation.

We dropped off our ES350 on Friday for 40k mile maintenance and to have some other things looked at. They said they would need the car until Monday. They offered to fill the tank for the inconvenience. No problem. Monday passes and we don't hear from them. Tuesday I call to find out the dealership changed ownership over the weekend, they had technology issues Monday, but everything is complete on my vehicle. I was told they just need to finish paperwork, do the courtesy wash, and sanitize the vehicle. We picked up the vehicle on Wednesday and are told to sign these 4 X's and be on our way. The routine maintenance was completed. One issue was addressed with notes. The other two issues were not addressed or had no notes on the paperwork. The car had not been fueled or washed which also makes me believe it was not sanitized either. Extremely disappointed in communication and service.

Bought new Lexus there and came to pick up the license plate later and the salesman didn't even bother say hi to me wow! Finance people are extremely rude also, especially the girl who count the cash.
But the service department is awesome and that is why I gave 3 stars. 5 stars for service department and 1 star for sale and finance people.

I have always hated getting a new car - not for the sake of having a NEW car -- but due to the dealings you have to go through just to get a good deal and walk away with a smile. I always felt like I was just another paycheck for the salesman - and the dealership. I had two friend at my job recommend I go to Brain and they both said I would be glad I did. WOW -- is all I can say. Brian took the time to get to know me and what I wanted! He did not pressure me at all and was very patient in finding out what I wanted. He did everything -- from getting the vehicle I wanted, the financing to walking me through the dealership to explain what I could expect. He even took the time to sit with me and go over everything the car had to offer. Even a month later - he is still there if I have any questions. From here on out -- Brian Safianow will be my go to guy for all my vehicle purchases!!! I can see now why my friends referred him and I will do the same!! HE IS THE BEST !!! Eurocar automotive solutions has decided not to do...

Eurocar automotive solutions has decided not to do business with park place Lexus plano. We requested that their parts department come remove excess parts that we no longer needed. After finally getting them to come collect the inventory, they left with 16 parts. When the driver returned to the dealership, I was told they only collected 3 parts. I even have everything on camera footage to show how many parts they took. Of all the pieces I returned, they only refunded me for 3 items. I hope this doesn't have to end up on a lawyers desk, because for all intent and purposes this is tantamount to theft. We have already tried to reach the highest level of management at Lexus and no one has given us the respect of calling back. The only reason I selected one star is bc there wasn't an option for no stars.

Park Place is a really nice clean dealership. It was my first Lexus and they removed any feeling of worry over my purchase. I have taken 3 and 4 hours to buy cars before, but once I decided they took an evening appointment and closed in about 2 hours. I am an educated buyer and know I got a good deal, but looking back I am annoyed because they delivered short of their promises - you need to compare them to another dealer and take your time. My biggest frustration is that I was told I would wait 3 months or more for the color-option combo I wanted - 3 weeks later they had one in the showroom.

He had previously met Don Mitchell, so we met with Don and expressed an interest in the GX460. From that point on, this has become the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. I unfortunately bought my first Lexus from a different dealership, but took it in immediately to Park Place to get it serviced and thoroughly looked through. I cannot say enough nice things about their service department, they went above and beyond and I was treated very kindly from the moment I arrived to the end of the service. The service department is a well oiled machine, and is absolutely five star in every way. My next Lexus will be bought from Park Place. A truly 5 star experience, start to finish!

Our past experiences in buying cars has always left us feeling some regret. Either in the vehicle that we chose or the service that we received or broken promises from the dealership. This experience was completely different, start to finish and beyond.

From the first time that we arrived at the dealership to the month later when we signed the paperwork and even a month after purchase when we needed something after the fact, it was top notch, personalized service. Never once did I feel like we were "playing the game" of buying a car where the paper was folded over and the sales team left us alone to go and talk to the manager for 30 minutes. We were provided great information about the different cars we were interested in and were allowed to take our time in test driving and were never pressured to make a decision until we had processed through at our own pace! We have left feeling completely satisfied on every level, from the quality of the vehicle and the fact that it is exactly what we had hoped for, to the service that we experienced from both Michael and Naseem.

Anytime that we had a concern or a question both Naseem and Michael made sure that our concerns and questions were addressed in a timely and professional manner!

Too many times in the past we have been treated like children, where in this case we were treated with respect and like adults throughout the whole process!

5 star experience all the way around! We will never purchase a vehicle from any other dealership!

This was my second visit to Park Place Lexus in Plano, TX. First time I did not buy the car, but was really impressed by the salesperson for his professionalism and patience. Due to which I came back a year later and bought the certified Lexus. I especially want to say thank you to Angela Darden Service Adviser for listening to my concerns and resolving the issues. She went beyond my expectations and this was the best service I have ever received at a dealership.
