I can't believe what happened. I did my homework on the internet and went to Park Place to buy a certified pre-owned 2013 ES350 with navigation package. That car wasn't available on the pre-owned lot so my Sales Representative Jerald Morris got me the exact car I wanted in a brand new 2014 for the price I wanted.
