WATCH OUT BEFORE YOU BUY OR LEASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER. I leased a brand new 2015 Honda Odyssey from DCH Paramus Honda in January 2015. Within 2 weeks the car started having ignition problems. Car wouldn't start most of the time. I would go somewhere and would be stuck there trying to start my car. I call my sales person Sam Park to tell him about the problems and he tells me there's nothing he can do after the sale is complete. I went to a local Honda Service center and the mechanic tell me that this car has history of problems on record. Again, i call my salesman Sam to tell him about this and again he ignores it. The service here sucks. They sell me a car with history of problems as NEW and doesn't take care of it after the sales. I've been trying to get in touch with General Manager at DCH Honda but i haven't been able to get hold of him nor do they return my calls. My brand new 2 week old car is not starting and i can't even use it. I haven't been able to drop off my kids at school and been taking public transportation to work for few days now. I understand that new items can have problems. But the problem here is that DCH Paramus is trying to ignore the situation. They have very poor customer service. They just want your money and sell cars. They don't care if you have any problems with your car. They will also NOT tell you if the brand new car you're purchasing has history of problems. So make sure you check the car's history before you purchase or lease a BRAND NEW CAR. Now i will be submitting a formal complaint to Honda America Corporate office.
