As a previous customer of yours and I was very disappointed in sales service. Went there 2 times in the past 2 weeks, to purchase a car for my son. First time my son and I where walking around the lot looking at Accords for a good 20 minutes. No one came out and acknowledge us. Went back again today around 1:30. Looked around the lot for the Accord Coupe. Decide we would go inside to the showroom. Walked right passed the reception no one said Hello. Strolled around the showroom for about another 10 minutes "Again NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGE US". Walked out without help. Drove to Mahwah Honda. Not many cars on the lot but was acknowledged immediately by the receptionist and a Sales man came over. Guess What DCH Honda... We bought a car today!!! Paid Cash in FULL. I'm guessing because you are larger dealer you sales associates feel customers are a DIME A DOZEN. I won't recommend you in the future.
