I went to DCH Paramus Honda during the Memorial Weekend. I had been there a week before just looking. Manny was the one who assisted me. I was looking to get an Insight, so he showed me around. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I came back a week later, and asked for Manny. But this time, I chose to go for the 2013 Civic. Manny was very helpful. He talked to me about the features. He knows a lot about Hondas I could tell. He took me for a test drive and decided that I would drive out of the dealership with a new car - which I did.
I would absolutely recommend Manny to any of my friends and family who are looking to buy a car. He's very kind, knowledgeable and patient. My experience was very smooth and stress-free. He has been following up every week to make sure that I'm satisfied with the purchase, and enjoying my new car - which I am!
I would also like to give a special mention to Lou Saadeh for handling the paperwork professionally and making everything easy for me. Lou has also called to check in to see if I had any questions.
