I visited Paramus Honda and I was greeted by Jesus Olivares - who worked along his manager Wael Yunes. They made my buying purchase very easy. Jesus was very professional and knowledgeable about the new 2019 Honda CR-V AWD.

This was the most pleasurable car buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with Omer Seven, who was very polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He explained the breakdown and incentives involved in the price of our new Honda CRV EX.
He never pressured us and just fell in love with the vehicle.

Great dealership. I went in with a very aggressive offer I got from a competitor and they worked hard to get as close as possible to it for a newer model. I was impressed with how they tried to work with me and get my business. The whole negotiation took some time but we came to an agreement that worked for everybody. Three weeks ago I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T at DCH Paramus Honda. This is the third new vehicle that I have purchased at DCH Paramus Honda since 2010. The week before my purchase, my salesman, Adolfo Marte, took the time (hours) to show me the model configurations and colors in which I was most interested. That was most important to me. It is also why I went back to him when I finally decided to purchase. While car dealing is never considered a pleasure, the pricing that I was given on the new car was more than fair, actually outstanding. I was also given a fair trade-in on my 2013 Honda Coupe.
I also service my cars at DCH Paramus Honda and the pricing and value is excellent. The work is always done correctly and any small issues are handled immediately, without complaint.
So, in conclusion, I am very satisfied with my purchase, the salesman that sold the car to me and the service that I receive at DCH. I am completely satisfied with both my new Honda and my older 2015 Crosstour, also purchased there.

My wife and I went looking for a replacement mini van for our 2007 Odyssey last Friday and with Truecar quotes in hand we went to our first dealer on route 22 in New Jersey. I had read all the good reviews here of Mr Park so I had an appointment with him later in the day. Although DCH was not one of the dealers listed at the Truecar page, John assured me that they would match the quote. I received trade-in quotes of 10,500 and even 11,000 from a Toyota Dealer (considered a Sienna for about 5 seconds but after test driving a Sienna I had no doubt that the Odyssey was a much better car), so it was all about the trade-in and of course the quality of the dealership. Well I ended up with John Medrano, who treated my wife and I with kid gloves and never reacted to my gruff attitude....I can be pretty grumpy when I am hungry LOL! John was great! He really treated us like family and he was sharp and attentive to details. He let us drive the car we were purchasing and didn't hard sell us in the least. He made sure that every number we threw at him was seriously considered. He even grabbed our ez-pass when I forgot it on the windshield! In the end we were offered much less for our 2007 and so we held to our 10,500 price with the sales manager, who patiently and charmingly pitched his price every possible way. Always friendly and professional. My wife is a tough negotiator and was willing to accept 10,300 so everyone was happy. I really hate buying cars because of some bad experiences in the past, but this was really painless. One of the reasons I picked DCH was due to the way they handled a service visit I had with them. I live in Jersey City so they couldn't drive me home, but they actually drove me to the mall while my car was being fixed and picked me up when it was finished! So I've been driving this car around and I love it! It handles like a car half is size and every time you close the door you can feel the quality. I really didn't like the new dashboard but it took about 24 hours to realize what an improvement it is ergonomically. The bluetooth is fantastic! Do your homework and then go see John Medrano. At first I was very unhappy that Diego a sales associate lied about getting me cheap oil changes but then I spoke to Mike lee and he got it done ! He s awesome ! You should always make the customer happy if you want them to shop with you again. Next time I ll make sure I get my promises in writing since people like Diego lie.

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Was charged $60 and $0 As tire rotation was not required according to the specialist. Reached home and realize how dirty the interior of my car was with hand, foot and print stains I have over steering wheel and drivers door and driver foot rail. And to make matters worse, as soon as I roll out the service garage my yellow warning light comes off indicating low tire pressure. Not blaming them for the root cause but it shows that they did not execute a thorough check. Disappointed with DCH Paramus. Tried calling my agent but wouldn t pick up.

I have never seen a company care as much for customer service as have witnessed today. Earlier this week, I ran into an issue with my car. Water found its way into my car due to a loose grommet. Not understanding how that could've happened or who was at fault, Bruce Laga explained to me my situation. He explained to me what was the best course of action and took care of problem. They immediately contacted me the same day to rectify my frustration. They kept me in the loop on the steps they needed to take to make sure that I remained satisfied. This team made sure that a valued customer is well taken care of. I'm sorry for ever doubting you guys and I will continue being a loyal customer. Thank you again to Bruce, Terrence, and Ralph.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the car prices were affordable. Especially thanks to sales man Paul Park and kevin kwak for giving us so much detail about the program.

First word comes to my mind is very bad & rude attitude from sales person & sales manager. No respect to customers. Sales person don t have any knowledge about Honda Odyssey car. Even don t know how to remove extra seat. Very bad experience. I was there 2 days ago.

Love their new facility. Kids friendly place. When you shop cars it is hectic to bring your kids. It is boring for kids but they have nintendo inside of their facility. Also the best part is the price. I shopped 4 different place before I visited here and their price was lowest. When you need new Honda car you must visit DCH and compare the price with other dealers. the "Service" that they provide is a joke. I bring my Car in to get checked out b/c when i start it its making an awful noise. When i brought my car in they tell me that i have to make an appointment to get it checked out?? I pay extra for this hassle free warranty and cant seem to get anyone to help unless i pay for it. Last time I buy a Car from this location.

I truly had the most amazing car buying experience over the weekend with Dennis Estrada. A true gem!! Very patient, honest and upfront. He made the car buying experience flow so easy! We walked away with a car feeling happy, excited and comfortable because Dennis was explaining every step of the process down to when we signed!! I was in a difficult situation with a BMW I wasn't happy with I always wanted the Type R civic and Diego and his team at DCH Honda made it happen for me I feel like they fought for the best deal for me and I was able to get the car I wanted with a great warranty. I highly recommend going there. I just wish I did it sooner.

We had an excellent experience. Jennsy Diaz went above and beyond for us and got us approved for a brand new Pilot, and then Dee Mustafa in finance explained everything to us and answered all of our questions so we knew exactly what was going on in regard to the terms of our lease. I have an antifreeze leak and almost overheated yesterday before I knew there was a problem. I brought the car in on an emergency basis, adding about half a gallon of fluid the day before.

Even though I have serviced the vehicle there about a dozen times, AND, AND even bought a new car at DCH Paramus Honda in 2015, AND, waited about an HOUR and A HALF, I spoke to 3 or 4 different advisors and NO ONE would help me or even take the time to have someone look at my truck.

In fairness, the two women at the payment desk were the only people who took an interest to help me and were the only ones who were genuinely concerned, but they were limited as they were at the mercy of others, like me.

I will NEVER buy anything at DCH Honda again, I see the spirit of the the sales department and the service department. Once they make a sale, they have a short memory and will not remember you.

After buying a new car there and spending countless amounts of money in repairs and service on my older car, they sent me home with a leaking cooling system r, refusing to even check it to see what's wrong, telling me I have to come back next week.

They out and out refused to even look at it.

The car sat in the entry bay for at least an hour and a half. As I passed the the mechanic shop to leave, I saw several mechanics or workers mulling about that didnt look particularly busy. I couldn't understand why one of the mechanics couldnt take the time in an emergent situation to look at the truck.

Will never again buy anything here.

Please , don't distort the truth when you dont know all the facts I DID have the leak repaired, months ago, by a private mechanic, and I haven't had a problem since.

So, dont make it sound like it's my fault.

I did repair the car at a reputable garage months ago.

Now present day your people were callous, that is the honest truth. They sent me home with a truck leaking antifreeze and refused to even look at it.

How are you going to defend that?

called in the morning to make sure the car is ready to be tested drive and they said yes. drove 2 hours to get there just to find out the is still in the body shop and I did not even had a chance to see it. not to mention test drive. than they promised to call me back when car is ready and of course they did not. what a waste of time. will not recommend to anyone.

I went to honda in need of a car on a tight income. My girlfriend recommended here specifically because she had a great experience. Mr. Adolfo Marte helped me and right from the door he was so confident that he could get me in a beautiful car by the end of the day. I had strong doubts and had my moments of panic but Mr. Adolfo Marte had sooooo much patience and worked everything out. At the end of the day I left in a beautiful car that fit my budget. Adolfo really went out of his way for me and made it a wonderful experience. I HIGHLY recommend Adolfo for all your Honda needs.

1:45 hour wait for a simple oil change. Price was decent since they include a multi point diagnosis of your vehicle.

It's best to bring your car when you want a diagnosis of everything that might be wrong with your car but doing maintenance will cost you.

Granted they are certified and will do a thorough job for major repairs.
But a mechanic you trust can do as good of a job for the minor maintenance on your vehicle.
Example $60-70 for a simple cabin air filter change is just gross since it takes less than 5 minutes to do it yourself.

A month or so ago my wife got a car from this dealership the salesperson did not do their job to verify the numbers we had given them when we clearly told them we weren't sure 100% of the numbers about the payoffs on her old car she wanted to trade in they gave my wife a 2016 Honda Civic 3 days later they call her back and told her she had to bring the car back and take her old car back it was very unprofessional embarrassing and a giant disappointment so we went to a different Honda dealership and they were just as rude cuz I guess they can see the situation that happened and now I have told Honda to take me off your email list several times and I'm still getting emails from this dealership from 3 different people daily and it's becoming harassing and when my wife left a Google review the sale guy called my wife telling her she almost cost him is job this has ruined the love I had for Honda I will never own one again thanks to this dealership

This dealership can't even give quotes online or over the phone because apparently it's "policy". I've been leasing car for years, and I've never heard of this "policy" for dealerships, especially during times like these when many customers like me wish to keep social distancing. Spoke with someone by the name of Kim, who's phone etiquette sounded like the definition of "I don't want to work here". Apparently I have to come in to get just a lease quote for an accord hybrid EX. I told her I just wanted an estimate, and that I can literally provide any information over the phone or by email as if I was there in person such as hard-inquired credit report etc. But no she kept saying it was"policy". There are many dealerships to choose from that provide quotes. It's essential to the consumer so that you don't waste your time going to a dealership taking a subpar offer. Will be taking my business somewhere else. I don't have time to deal with mediocrity. Train your associates better.

Every car service should be this good. Free coffee bagels and wifi during my wait for an oil change on Sat morning. Clean facilities efficient staff and friendly service. Only minor issue is that this place is so popular that I got there exactly at my reservation time but had to wait about 15mins since there were so many other cars wanting to get service.

Lacation is good and spacious. David Kim is a kind and reliable dealer in the dealership. I as satisfied with the service and recommend to others whoever needs a new car.

Dennis was amazing. Welcoming, funny, honest and very knowledgeable! He told me I would leave with the car that I wanted, which I did. Great experience overall.

Four short months later, I got into an accident and was terrified of what the dealership would think. But Gustavo welcomed me back in and truly treated me like family. He worked with my budget and once again have me driving off the lot with a car!! When I was thinking about my lease replacement car for my 2013 Accord, Paul Park contacted me and gave me a great deal on 2016 Accord. I didn't have to pay any remaining payments or any extra tear & wear fee. It was super easy transition to new 2016 accord. The whole process took no more than a hour. The only hard part for me was deciding Accord or Civic. DCH Honda is my favorite; this is my 4th car from DCH Paramus.
