I want to take the time out to thank Lenny the sales team leader for listening to my concerns and putting me in touch with Wael Yunez. Wael Yunez listen to my concerns about a few issues I had with a used pilot and why I was so passionate about the safety of kids who would be traveling in my new pilot mostly everyday. Once the phone conversation was over I headed over to the dealership where I met with Wael face to face and we walked over to the car to inspect my concerns. After the inspection Wael agreed to change all 4 tires, headlight bulbs, windshield wipers and a windshield moulding with out any issues. It was truly a pleasure working with Wael. Thank you again for all your help. Besides the small repairs my experience was GREAT ! I went to honda to buy a truck Friday night around 7:30 and and the crew was there till almost 11pm to finish up the sale. Not once was I rushed. Thank you for a great truck and addressing my issues !
