I made an appointment for service and delivered my vehicle a few minutes prior to the appointment. I was told they would provide me with an approximate time/diagnosis in 60-90 minutes. Seven hours later, after having left 2 messages requesting status updates, I called and requested their driver pick me up so I could get my vehicle regardless of status. I received a call back 5 minutes later informing me of the issue. Unfortunately, the part was unavailable with an unknown expected delivery.

Extremely poor service.
