I made an appointment with Tommy to go see a truck...

I made an appointment with Tommy to go see a truck. Called the night before close to make sure the truck would be available before driving 3hrs away. Took off work and drove all morning to be 30min away before having them call me to tell me that sold the truck! What a waste of time, gas and mileage. Any other dealer would honor someone willing to drive the distance and place a hold. Horrible customer service.
