I went to the service center for a appointment early in morning. I do not recommend this company and I will tell you why. After going to my appointment I was not discussed about a diagnostic charge. I show up later in end of day I speak to my service rep there and I was told they would call me back about my status of my vehicle. I go home and receive no call back at all. so the next morning I receive a text saying my car hasn t been worked on and it will be 280 plus tax to tell me how much a broken power seat will be just to tell me what s wrong with it. I was told there normal diagnostic fee is 100. So basically they waste my day for a appointment with no one even looking at it just to tell me it will be over 300 dollars just to look at it. From moment you walk in service center people do not do any customer acknowledgement people in there look very unhappy and won t even say hi to anyone at all Wich is strange because I went to Toyota of Melbourne and people there are really nice . I was hoping to receive some good service since it is a dealership they should have some one on my truck at my appointment or else don t make appointments before I go I see a man standing and I had to go out of my way to introduce my self to him I feel overall the service center isn t good at all because they leadership there. After I walked over to introduce myself to service manager I told him I will be writing a negative review of his company he didn t seem to care one bit I told him how they basically wasted 2 days of my time and he offered no resolution at all so I see why his employees there don t care at all it s because of he doesn t care because of poor leadership is my guess how are employees supposed to care when manager offers no resolution and couldn t care less I am writing a negative review of his company the only thing he said to me was thank you for telling me the problem that s it no I m sorry about your service he didn t say anything to me but that. So I leave and will not return there ever and hope no one else has same experience as me. Overall I would make it a zero star dealership due to no one cares at all and no one is friendly there and no one seems to want to fix the problem. And if the manager doesn t offer any assistance or any resolution I am not sure what his real job entails. Because he definitely doesn t care at all and offered 0 resolution to the problem. So I feel it is a poor leadership issue even when I was sitting in the depressing service office the mechanic walks over steps over my service dog puts the service paper on thE table wouldnt look at me and acknowledge that he is about to step over my service dog which was extremely rude as well. I wish I read the reviews before as well cause this is there 2nd bad review in a week in service center so that is my honest 100 true and accurate review. I will not return for any type of anything at the Chevy dealer on us1
