After the experiences I had at other dealerships that led me to stop at Rosner Chevrolet, I believed maybe I was not supposed to interact with car salesmen or at least not the one I had engaged with prior to Saturday 18 March 2017.
I cannot tell Brian and Dwayne thank you enough for the professional experience that I had with both of them and the others I interacted with this past Saturday. The entire process from when my wife and I first stepped out of our car and started interacting and talking with Dwayne sitting down and talking about and finding the right price that my budget allowed for, to the final set-up and configuring of the OnStar and mychevy app. thank you Brian.
