I appreciate your response. The reason I was offered free tire rotation on my cars along with the oil change. Was because I paid $26,000 cash the day I bought my cars and it was a special perk they had given me. I did not know you guys actually sold the place or whatever happened. Anyway I believe his name was Chip in the service department, was able to help get me sorted an out-the-door, so thanks to him it actually got worked out. I didn't get my tires rotated though but that's okay. And honestly at the end of the day Chevrolet is Chevrolet isn't it? does it really matter what name is on it?
