I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation of how the sales department handled our recent purchase of a 2021 Traverse. We had been window (internet) shopping for the RS trim from S Fl to NC and found all the online small print. We realized that local would be the way to go for our overall future satisfaction concerning service so we decided on Boniface.
Since we knew what vehicle and trim we wanted we made the selling point simple. Our sales lady Mac informed us that she was new to the business but with continued support from the Hiers team she will be a great asset. She stated that she loves what she is doing and it showed.
Donald the Sales Manager was also great to work with once we got past the first proposal. It's no secret that the back and forth about a price is usually the most frustrating and sometimes stressful part but Donald made it a pleasure.
Financing was on par and easy.
I look forward to servicing my vehicle there and seeing how Mr Hiers has developed this area of the dealership.
If it is anything like the sales side then I know we will not be disappointed.
