What a horrible horrible horrible dealership! BUYER BEWARE!!!! they don't care about customers and will be dishonest in their numbers. Came here because of an online ad for the Q40 wanted to get the deal stated in the ad but suddenly they wanted 3 thousand down and the payment jumped up. Now I get this is a bait and switch and that's alright but it's the managers attitude Gustavo that really sucks. He told me he doesn't need a customer like me and he has a lot of better customers. Now coming from Mercedes Benz I couldn't believe this low life. Please take your business else where. You will be glad you did. This place does not deserve your time.

AVOID this dealer at any price, especially used car.
Bought an used car here. They didn't tell me that they won't cover these cost of the car missing floor mats ($150), no backup key ($150) until after I signed the bill of sale.
They could have just said that "We cannot cover that with that price" but they didn't. They're OK with the price and after I signed the bill and paid off the car, they said they cannot cover those although agreed before.
2 days later after purchasing got a dead battery ($100), found out that the coolant is almost empty ($30). This can be avoided since it's such a big dealer and their inspection, if any, must for sure find it out.
They didn't even reimburse me although I came by and showed the battery receipt and complaint about that.
Such a scam, so unprofessional, and such a bad customer experience.

Use to be great, now horrible service! I am suppose to be a "Diamond" member, and now this year there's all these new rules....Uuummm that's not what I purchased! Then the Director of the service department has the nerve to hang up without even saying anything....this was after he also tells me he doesn't have the man power to come pick my car up., then all the sudden goes ahead and makes the appointment..Uuummm YOU advertise it and which one is it, do you have the manpower or not...Lies!!!!! Sheesh, all the disrespect wasn't even necessary....just provide what you say you will without the extras!!

Their finance manager is doing hard sales, and makes the excitement about the car go away. Too much of scaring and too much of pushing. But on a good note I was able to haggle down the lease price of q50 to an acceptable for me level ($249/month! ZERO DOWN)

I have loved Infiniti cars for over 10 years. I decided to get another one and to my surprise the car I found on the website, followed by visit to lot was as advertised. Jim Jones in sales was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and honest when answering my questions (I did my research). I received a fair deal given BlueBook value. Remainder of staff were pleasant, facility clean, in-and-out in no time, and they even had someone follow me home to help me drop my other car off.

I have purchased nearly 30 cars in my life (I know ... what's wrong with me?). I am also a shameless negotiator; I have some stories that would make you laugh and be shocked. I have to say that my recent purchase of a Q50 Hybrid at OC Infinity was probably my best car purchase experience. From the Internet Director, Mahdi, to Erik in finance, to the person who ended up answering all of my questions, Pearlyn (who was also brilliant at selling the dealership's services as well)--all seemed more like friends than sales staff. I would not think twice about another car purchase from them. I highly recommend this dealership because of them.

I have used Cerritos and MV dealerships for service and Orange Coast by far surpasses the customer service as well as the actual work. Temo has been my service rep and has gone to bat for me with issues that most would ignore. In my opinion OC Infiniti is fair, convenient and trustworthy. Just to keep things honest; I have gone to second tier mechanics and I ended up back at OC Infiniti. I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

OC Infiniti opened March 11 and I never knew it was there. I've always gone to the Tustin one. I usually have to get to the dealership before 8am in order to make sure they can fit me in, not here. I rolled in around noon and they told me it would take about an hour for my oil change. I had a coupon that I was going to use until I checked in with Yelp and found a FREE OIL CHANGE, what what? They also have free water, a coffee machine and tv in the "waiting room" area. Top that off with a free car wash it was a quick, easy and free day. Great customer service, Jeremy is now my official service rep :D They also give out loaner cars if your car will take longer than 2 hours to get serviced.

Why is it when ever you bring your car to a dealership they always always find something wrong with your car? I guess it's just maintenance but still it just always seem fishy to me.

This place is close to Lynda Sandwich, so say if you are getting your car worked on and have a few hours to kill, they have great banh mi and don't forget to order a huge portion of beignets(I was starving and barely ate half).

We have these place 3 chances. First time they forgot we made an appointment and we had to wait around 45 minutes to be seen. Next time they were completely rude.. my boyfriend bought a brand new QX30 and 4 days off the lot we needed wiper fluid and an oil change ($90 by the way... should ve been done before our purchase) 3rd time was for a tire rotation- they said they d call us as soon as it was ready.. no call 2.5 hours later we finally show up and they say oh there you are! .. we NEVER Got a call showed up at 11:30 and apparently the paperwork shows it had been ready since 10:16. Awesome customer service. I m currently on hold for about 12 minutes trying to speak to someone and no one is even answering. This place is ZERO STARS.

Two weeks ago I went and spoke with Yvette about buying a used truck. I was excited about looking for a new vehicle, but wasn't too stoked about dealing with a sale person... I stopped by to take a look at the truck and test drive it. Never once did I feel pressured by Yvette. She walked us out to the truck and gave us our space as we looked looked it over. We went for the test drive and loved the truck, so we went inside and started the paper work. Mahdi helped make sure we were approved on everything and helped with the trade-in. While we were waiting, we were able to have conversation with Yvette about personal lives, it wasn't all about the sales! We bought the truck and were pulling out of the parking lot (I was sitting in the drive way waiting for traffic to clear) when Mahdi ran outside and knocked on my window. He wanted to know what kind of music we listened to and the gave us tickets to an event that weekend. I've never been to a car dealership where I walked away pleased with the vehicle AND the personal experience inside.

Side note.. I bought the vehicle as is, I know I did. I found out afterwards that the vehicle did not have a spare tire, but left it as is. Two days after buying the truck, Yvette text me asking if I was still happy with my purchase (<--again, never had a car dealership do that) and I said I was still stoked with the purchase and mentioned the spare tire. Again, I bought the truck as is, so I didn't expect them to do anything about it. Yvette called a few days later and mentioned that they are getting a spare tire for me at no charge.

I am completely blown away by the experience I've had with the purchase. I will make sure to think about them again in the future when buying other cars. Thanks again OC Infiniti!

There were a couple "life" problems, example of no rental car at the time, but Kris handled it very well... she got us a driver to take my bf and I to go get a lunch while they figured it all out. She made me feel very important and helped me figure out the best situation. I did love the rental car I was able to drive around for 3 days. I did return it back to Infiniti with a full tank of gas (when i was only suppose to bring it back 3/4 full) and the only big downer was (I know I had my car serviced at low gas appx 50 miles left) and it was given back to me with only 5 miles left... i had a little bit of a panic trying to find a gas station to fill up in time so i wouldnt be stranded. It would have been nice to at least be warned that it was low but i figured it out. Other than that i loved it and gave it a 5 star.

Most horrible people and stuff don't go there diamond service is a rip off some idiot name wells think he owns the place rude money hungry crooks, the beware they are bunch of crooks they'll promise you free tires, but you'll never collect on that because the fine print says you'll have to do all of the maintenance there as well. It's useless unless you live very close and is willing to pay outrageous dealer prices for maintenance. The extra money you spend doing all your services at the dealership is far more than the tires themselves, in my case they cancel my service i was mislead by temo hernandez

I have serviced my Infiniti(s) here for many years. I fact, this Q70L is my second Infiniti serviced here at OC Infiniti (the first being my beloved FX35). Over these many years, I have grown to trust one service consultant in particular-Kevin Hall. He IS the BEST. Kevin is always very patient with my many questions and always able to explain the "complex" into terms a layman like myself can actually understand. Trust is the reason why I drive 50 miles round trip to have my car serviced here at OC Infiniti.

Do not waste your time at this dealershipBy far th...

Do not waste your time at this dealershipBy far the shadiest dealership I've been too, all they do is bait you with a deal and as soon as you arrive they switch the deal on you. I even spoke to the General Sales Manager, Mitch to let him know what his employees are doing and he informed me that he would never allow this on his watch. He even said he's going to work on getting a deal together for me but still hasn't called me back.

I had called in to ask about their lease special they had advertised on a 2016 Infiniti Q50s 3.0t for $289/mo with $1995 down. I called in before to heading down to see if they still had the car and to make sure it was a deal they're still offering.

I spoke to a Irina who informed me that they still have 2 Q50s for their $289 lease special with $1995 down and told me to come down. I setup an appointment and when I showed up Irina didn't want to help me and passed me off to her coworker, Alex.

I let Alex know that I came down to get the lease special advertised on their site and after test driving and wasting 2 hours of my time they told me the best deal they can give me on the car is $389/mo with $3500 down. They then stated they don't have the cars for the lease special anymore and started back peddling stating they never stated they can match their own advertised deal. Its illegal in the state of California for a dealership to advertise a special and not actually have the vehicle in stock.

I'm filing a complaint with Infiniti North America so they know why I will never buy another Infiniti again. I don't need to waste my time with shady dealerships when I can go to a BMW dealership and deal with professsionals especially when they have a better leasing program and maintenance program.

Kevin (service advisor) has always been helpful from the first time I visited. I haven t had a problem with service and Kevin will always keep me informed of any changes in time wait etc. My only complaint is the wait area is not customer friendly like it use to be. It is horrible in comparison to the wait area of Montclair which may have moved. But for as much as a customer PAYS to have an INFINITI and the amount you pay for service... the bare minimum should be an offer of more than just water. That is cost cutting which means poor customer service. However, as far as service to my vehicle goes, I don t have any complaints. But service should be all inclusive for a high end vehicle.

My wife and I were picking up a new car, when a service advisor (her name is Kris), happened to be walking by. She asked if we would like to know anything about the car. We said yes, and she proceeded to 1. Pair my phone to the car, 2. Set our favorite stations on Sirius, 3. Show us how to use the navigation feature, and set our home in the system. Amazing service!

I'm now a customer for life. I called in today and had an appt with Celia Cervantes. She was awesome. I had so many questions about the q50 and she answered all them. While I was in the showroom the General Manager Ali Khan took the time out of his busy day to come and greet me. He assured me I was in good hands. I worked out the deal I wanted in no time. The Finance Manager Mansoor Ali was just great. He explained to me the different protection packages and finance options available to me. In the very end when I got my car Celia had put a giant red bow on it so I can take a pic. Her attention to detail is unbelievable. Mr Khan the General Manager also walked outside to thanked me for my business. I really appreciate the time and effort they put on my awesome deal.

The worst experience of my life, I took my brand n...

The worst experience of my life, I took my brand new car for car wash today when I was receiving my car back I notice that they damage the paint when I talked to Jason the service manager he said he didn't know how it happened but he said please bring the car to the first oil change and he will take care of the problem, my response was no way I'm not waiting that long as my car is brand new with only 400 hundred miles so he said " bring the car on Monday I will fix it for you" he also said " when I fix the car it won't look good because the patch we are going to do it won't look like the factory standard" he gave my his car and said bring the car on Monday... Later today I called the dealer trying to talk to the manager because I wanted to make sure my car was repaired up to Infiniti standards, so I spoke to Maribel Soto(loyalty manager) which was the first person to said that they believed it happen out of the dealer and it wasn't their fault and they won't fix it for me..: my next moved was to go to the dealership and ask for the manager so I talk to the assistant manager PETER MARREIROS, after I explained what happened he said he doesn't believed it happened on the dealer and that they won't fix it we talked to Jason and at this point he changed what he said earlier and he said he won't fix it and that he never told me he would... When I was talking to them about how he said he would on the coming Monday because I'm moving next month and I can't not wait until my first oil change to fix it .... This manager Petter and Jason just wave at me disrespectfully and saying we won't fix it we could but we won't you are moving soon any way and we will never see you again ... When I tell that what they are doing is very poor customer service they said they don't care because I'm moving soon anyway ... When I ask Peter to left me talk to KEN KAIDEN the general manager he just tell me there is nothing to talk so I ask him if you don't want to help me can you give me the regional manager name and phone number so I can talk to him ... He said I don't have any number and I don't know the name ... Then he walked away ... Jason then just give me the corporate office number ... I will be calling the number tomorrow morning... What they are doing is the worst customer service I ever experience and to be honest I feel that I am been for the first time a racial discrimination victim ... Just because they see I am young and Hispanic they think they can get away with out doing anything

I just recently replace my tires at a Tires Shop in HB and that dam tire shop mess up and couldn't put back the lock nuts. I call Orange Coast Infiniti dealer and talk to Raymond, he say just come in and buy the lock nuts for like $2 each (under $5 total with tax included) and that Kevin would have one of his team member install the lock nuts for FREE. It took like 15 minutes or less. Raymond, Kevin and several of the sale person where very nice and professional while I was waiting and was just checking out my next ride which is the Q60 Red Sport : )

I highly recommend giving this dealer a chance and hopefully you receive the same Amazing services that I receive.

Thanks again Raymond and Kevin. I really appreciated it.

Avoid this place at all costs; Liars, Cheaters and unapologetically unprofessional.

Long story short
I found a car from orange coast infiniti, I called them and a representative named Jordan reached out to me; After discussing all the features I gave him permission to start the deal and run my credit.

The following are the car s features:
-premium package
-navigator

-Monthly payments of $425 for 72 months
-Dealership will complementary paint the car because there are some cosmetic scratches.

Jordan was following up with me every single hour for four days to make sure that I was still coming and that the car will be ready for me upon my arrival.

The only true statement this entire time was that a person named Jordan works there; the dealership made no apologies, counter offer or any attempt to rectify the situation or my inconvenience of flying out there for a non existent vehicle. to top it all off the even changed the car details on their website after I left the lot. the individuals Jordan his manager Joey and associate Peter are shady and lack scruples do not waste your time with them.

I purchased a 2015 QX70 from this dealership less than two months ago. The experience was your usual sales talk ( if you need anything, please don't hesitate to contact us, etc...). This week, my vehicle developed a slow leak on one of its tires; when I tried to swap the spare, the wheel lock key was nowhere to be found. I contacted the dealership to see if they would provide me one. I was transferred to the sales manager, Ali Shiraz who proceeded to tell me to take it to a tire shop to see if THEY could help me. I guess some things never will change; once they have your money, the honeymoon is over.

Side note; beware of their high pressure tactics when signing paperwork. They will try to sell yo their financing or their gap insurance at least 10 times, to the point of making you uncomfortable.

Came into this dealership for a specific advertised deal on a Q50. Even called ahead to talk with a sales rep to confirm the specifics. When we got there, a different sales rep told us they did not have any more of those cars available. Then he told us he could transfer one from a different dealership. Came back 20 minutes later to tell us that "no one has that car available" then tried to sell us the more expensive options. We came in expecting to leave paying one price, then left paying way more than expected. I think they should have available what they say they offer!

BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!

BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!

Read your contract carefully, there were some "errors" made that I suspect is intentional and I'm currently working with my lawyer to protect my rights since they can't keep their words on ANYTHING!

Initially everything went smoothly, Rafael was easy to work with and beat another dealer's price by a couple of hundred dollars for our QX60. However afterwards everything went bad.

OC infiniti sold me the Elite full maintenance program of 70month/90k miles. We were told this covered everything except for gas and tires. we were told that this included brake pads, struts, and even the wiper blades, etc etc, and we wouldn't need to worry about anything for the first 90k miles. We were told on the day we purchased this that the printer was down so they can't print this out. However I became very suspicious when they never mailed me any paperwork for this program. I was assured several times that everything is ok and not to worry.

However, after I demanded to see the paperwork, I realized that they actually enrolled me in the Basic Maintenance program which only costs less than half of what I paid.

I m not sure if this was an intention ploy to deceive me, as I was only able to discover this error after repeatedly demanding to see the paperwork (which they failed to produce for several weeks). After I proved that they had made an error, I was initially promised to be re-instated in the Elite full maintenance program. However, this later changed again, I was told that the program I purchased doesn't even exist. What??? my bank account sure states differently, so they were able to charge me thousands of dollars for a nonexistent program? After i complained and tried to work with them, they told me they can only honor it for 70k miles when I previously purchased a 90k miles service plan. I feel that I ve been intentionally cheated and that my original contract was not honored at all.

Discussion with their manager Mansor Ali resulted in nothing, we tried to work something out and he promised to call me after he discusses things with his manager Peter. I've still heard nothing and I'm sick of calling them over and over again. I've called at least a dozen times and I've received no satisfactory resolution. They'll have to speak to my lawyer now since my time is too precious for them to jerk me around over and over again.

so for those of you who are buying cars here, make sure you read your contracts and so you don't get cheated like me. or even better, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Salesman Jeffrey Holmes eventually delivered my Infiniti after he never showed up the first time it was scheduled. He always had excuses. Upon delivery I noticed that all the floor mats were missing. He said that floor mats were guaranteed with every Certified vehicle. He promised me that he would have them shipped to me the next day. I even wrote a note on the contract that they were missing, just do be sure there was some sort of proof. Jeffrey called to tell me that he was driving them over to me instead of shipping them. Guess what, he never showed up. He dodged my calls for a week. Then I was able to catch him. He came up with another excuse and said he d have them shipped. They never came. I called, left messages and texts for weeks. He never called me back. I called and left a message with the GM. He didn t return my call. There is much more I should explain that makes this place even more shady, but it would be a book. BUYER BEWARE. Seriously, find another dealership to buy your car!

My experience at OC Infiniti was amazing. From the moment I walk in I was treated like an important guest. Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and positive. My service consultant was/is Kris Karr and she was extraordinary. Kris provided me with an accurate quote or the installation and explained everything thoroughly. I've purchased two cars from OC Infiniti in the last six months. Neither transaction was what I would call hassle free. The second time I purchased a car simply because it was the car I wanted and it happened to be on their lot. I wouldn't have gone there specifically to buy a car from them.

Dealt with Andrew Saad. My big complaint about this transaction was that on Monday I told him I would be there on Thursday to pick up the car. Financing was all taken care of, just needed to sign the papers and drive off. Thursday comes along and when I get there I find out he's got the day off. Would have been nice if he would have told me that beforehand. I even texted him that morning to let him know what time I'd be there, no response back from him. So to make a long story short, what should have been a simple quick transaction took nearly two hours. Very annoying!! And that is the whole reason I'm only giving 3 stars. But that experience along with the first experience, probably a safe bet that I won't be going back to OC Infiniti any time soon.

Deceiving! There are many things about this dealership you have to be careful about. They are very aggressive trying to get you to go in and have a great sales pitch. The key is to read the fine prints. for example they'll promise you free tires, but you'll never collect on that because the fine print says you'll have to do all of the maintenance there as well. It's useless unless you live very close and is willing to pay outrageous dealer prices for maintenance. The extra money you spend doing all your services at the dealership is far more than the tires themselves. We bought the car there thinking we can get free tires but now we can't. Also be careful with your paperwork, make sure you double check everything before you sign. Don't let the beautiful show room trick you into thinking this is a first rate dealership because its far from that.

Absolutely horrible. Spent about a week negotiating a QX80 with them to get there, waste 90 minutes and have them tell me they're jacking up the price by $100 PER MONTH!!! Don't waste your time here. Go straight to Tustin Infiniti and meet with Gil. He'll take great care of you, is honest and will do business with integrity.

This was my first experience with OC Infiniti and I would recommend them to anyone looking to by a car. As with any car buying process, it takes time but the people here made the experience much more bearable and the facility itself is awesome. Love the coffee machine!!!

All I can say is buyer be ware!

All I can say is buyer be ware!
Long story short : I bought a certified pre-owned QX30 and the sale person did mention the bird dropping stains which he promised would be taken care of.
Besides simply trying to avoid me for a few days saying that the loaner car was not ready, in the end, I drove my car there to get the paint fixed as had been promised, but the guys they hired did a complete hack job, painting over the stains.
The GM did finally get back to me (after 2 emails, and many more calls to the sales person), with the following:
"
I don't authorize cosmetic work on a used vehicle after the purchase unless it was put in writing at the time of sale. It would be too difficult to make every used vehicle perfect."

So basically, what they are saying is do not trust our sales people, because they will promise anything to make the sale.

I would not step into that dealership, which truly gives car sale people a bad name.

Temo Hernandez is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. Including the staff at BMW and Mercedes. Temo is always attentive to the needs of the customer and is also very knowledgeable about the complete Infinity model line. At my last visit Temo provided some valuable information on your line of SUVs, because with my growing family I am considering adding a third Infinity to my "fleet". The next one will surely come from ORANGE COAST INFINITY. I also think that your policy of rewarding employees who rate high in customer satisfaction is a great way to motivate and encourage excellence, however I am sure that Temo's positive attitude would be the same regardless. Keep it up! Antoinette & Joey Gaglione

WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP.

WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP.
Really bad customer services. I wanted to buy a car from them so I talked to the sales man named Caleb j Cruz. I told him that I got a loan from my bank and that I was going over to then the next morning to buy the car . He confirmed the availability of the car, made me drive all the way there the next Morning to tell me that the car has been sold even though he called me before I head out that morning to check if I was on my way or not and he told me that the car is getting detailed so it s ready when I get there . This is such a waste of time and such a disrespectful thing to do. The manger is even a worst person to deal with.

Everything was straight forward and the buying experience was exceptional. Irina had the car pulled out for me to test drive, I said yes, and I was out the door in no time. Professional, friendly and courteous group!

Everyone hates the car buying experience because certain dealers and salespeople who judge customers as a waste of time before even speaking to them give the business a bad reputation.

But hold on. The guys and gals over at OC Infiniti are out to the save the day. I came to the dealership looking for a used 2017 Toyota 86 and I like to look comfortable. I was wearing a pair of salsa stained jeans and a hoodie and the yet the salespeople at OC Infiniti were still very respectful and helpful.

They offered a really competitive price on this vehicle online and were willing to negotiate so that the car fell within my desired budget. I have to give a special shoutout to Nikesh Kapur at OC Infiniti who really knew his stuff. I had been to several dealerships before this one with salespeople who knew less about the car than I did.

Nikesh really went the extra mile to stay in contact with me to make this deal happen and I couldn't be any happier with the vehicle and the deal.,

If you happen to see a used car online from the inventory that you like or are in the market for an Infiniti. Do not hesitate to make the trip down there! This has been one of the smoothest car purchasing experiences that I have had here in Southern California.

Beware when you sign the paperwork, they would say something to you then rush at signature and you end up signing the worst deal in your life, I tried to work with the GM to resolve the issue I had he even didn't accept to see me, they are ruining the name of Infinity and the car business.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Purchased a used car from this dealership, car was on the lot for a whole month, the day I was putting down a deposit, I was rushed and was told people are there ready to test drive & purchase the car (typical salesman stuff).... had to ask for the paperwork constantly everyday for 4 days. I was promised it would be emailed to me, never was sent to me. Only saw the paperwork when I got it officiated. I Was promised my car was shipped out, waited anxiously for 5 days on the 5th day found out In fact my car was still at the dealership, they told me they shipped out the other car that was almost identical to mine and my salesman thought it was my car, of course I knew that was a lie because I went on there website to look at there inventory and it was still for sale. This whole experience has been filled with lies and accuses.Ryan Capatosco is very unprofessional and I had a very unpleasant experience with this dealership.
