First, there are many cats roaming around the inside the office. If you are allergic, stay away. Cat hair was everywhere. The smell was awful. I dropped the phone off with one of the guys who greeted me in his socks. I picked the phone up 4 days later after being told 3. I didn't notice that it was missing a part until I got home. I brought it back today and the smell of marijuana almost knocked me down. He said he should have told me that the new screen didn't come with that part and said "my bad" . Very unprofessional. This part is the mesh that keeps the sound from being so loud in your ear. I asked what he was going to do. He told me to turn the phone down.

I ve had the pleasure of meeting Rick a few years ago when I first hired him to take care of the computers at my chiropractic office. I immediately felt comfortable allowing him to work on my business s lifeline , and over time his wide knowledge base has continued to shine through. If I have a problem, he has an economical solution to fix it. As long as AML is near me, actually some things he can fix virtually which is so convenient, I will continue to use his services. AML did a professional great job replacing my iPhone battery back in May. Today, my phone stated cutting off randomly. After trying everything I could, and working with Apple and my service carrier, I went back to AML to have them check the battery. AML replaced the battery today free of charge, even though I had no warranty. Great customer service with reasonable fees. I would recommend.

Always received timely and efficient repair service from AML. Also bought two computers from Rick which were better values than the big box stores offered.

We have hired Rick to come out to our office a multiple number of times. He has always been on time, done great work for us, and charged very reasonable rates. I would highly recommend hiring Rick if you are in need of any type of technical assistance. We have used him for setting up the network at our office, adding additional hardware to computers,...etc.

They are great guys. They allowed me to pick their brains a little about a hardware issue I was having and even gave me a tube of CPU thermal paste for free. I know if I ever have issues I can't solve myself I will be taking all my electronics to them.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. They did as much as they could to help me and even gave me money back on the labor when the repair screwed up and fixed it for free. No complaints at all. I highly recommend them.

I got a new desktop computer and was concerned about losing all of my data in the transfer from the old tower to the new tower. I took both of them to Rick and he was able to transfer everything without losing years of files and contacts. So glad I didn't take a chance on other options presented to me. Better to go to a professional than take a chance. Thanks Rick.

I made an enquiry into their cellphone repair service. My LG G2 phone had stopped charging. I was told that it would take a month after ordering for the part to arrive and for five dollars more that the part could be received in a week. The product price I was quoted was twenty dollars without rush shipping. The supplier they use, no doubt, is located in China due to the wait time, to receive the lowest part cost. On top of that the price for the specific phone part my phone needed for repairs was easily found online, through Google, for fifteen dollars with a delivery of less than one week with included shipping. Okay, I understand the overhead costs of a brick and mortar business, but your part pricing and wait time all in the name of an inflated profit margin is bullshit. On top of that I was told that labor would be around sixty five dollars for a repair that would take an hour or less with little to no experience, and whose instructions for repair are available for free online.

BUYER BEWARE of shoddy customer service and thievery.

It is wonderful to have such a personable, reliable person for our computers both at our business and home. We have relied on them for 9 years and have never had one issue. They always come up with solutions that are affordable and do not try to overprice what they repair. I love the cats, the rescue efforts of this company and their interaction with the community. I highly recommend them for computer and phone repair.

Save yourself some money and buy the screen yourself online, then take it in for them to repair. They charge you well over top price. $270 to fix an S6 screen? I was quoted $149 for the screen, digitizer, and assembly. Another $110 for installation. Just for fun, I had my wife call back and ask about the same service, she was quoted at $220. The screens and digitizer assembly can be found for $60. Apparently if you're a woman you get special treatment? This place is ridiculous. The cats are a nice touch....

We have done a lot of business with AML and their pricing, service and customer service are the best we have seen. They do an amazing job at a reasonable price. Based on the job they do they should charge more. They bought a fax machine for us and charged us their exact cost, which they do on a lot of their items and only charge an install fee. We highly recommend them for all your needs.

Rick and his crew are fun to work with. They fix phones pretty quick, which is much better than throwing them away. Cell Phone lives do matter! Oh, and they cleaned out my laptop so it's now running like it's new.

Above and Beyond service! These dudes really got something good going here. They take pride in doing the job, no matter how big or small! Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else!!!

Great place to utilize. Huge animal lover that has rescued many cats and helped the community. They have done several jobs for free for us or at a reduced price. Clean, non-smoking environment that truly cares about customers and customer service.

Rick. I see people are getting their ego hurt by a marketing strategy you created. While you may have done it without bad intentions. In today's society. One's values in life is portrayed by their lifestyle. Most wouldn't have taken the time to get to know you and your business. Most wouldn't know AML are the initials of your daughter as well as your motivation to make this work. Most wouldn't see all the effort you have done to creat an idea and quite a job you disliked because of their unfair treatment to employees. All the cold calling and face to face situations you created. All the help you gave to a high school and other organizations. If we look for something to criticize we will find it. Extremely professional and caring about our business, home computers and cell phones. We have had them visit both our home and business on many occasions. We have also visited their shop and love the cleanliness. The cats are a great asset to the place. Rick and Lucas are a great team.

I love the service I have always received from this team! They have replaced my phone screens a number of times without the high cost of many others. The guys also helped me choose the perfect computer for my needs at a lower cost than had found anywhere else. After two years of doing business with them, I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Rick and his professionalism adds to his experience in expertise of computers and help with cell phones. He looked at my broken screen on my old cell phone and was very honest in telling me it would be cheaper to buy a new phone than to replace the screen. It's hard to find honest people these days so I highly recommend AML Computer Services for all your needs!

I called at 5 O'clock on a friday with some questions about pc parts. Not only did the phone answer, I was promptly helped over the phone and they even waited for me to come right in that day. Small business Hero!!

Could not ask for a better experience in every way!

Cant say I'd agree with the price of 220 for a memory recovery and a Windows 7 reload but it's ok. I got my Dell laptop back a day later, took it home and it had 68 updates to do. It runs like a top on my favorite games, plays media with blazing speed, and it is scanner friendly on WiFi, unlike my Ethernet computer. Thanks AML

This place is a joke how dare they trivialize such an important movement. To wipe away the struggles of BPOC is inhumane. This business clearly shows no class and proves that it is ignorant by ridiculing BLM with its marquee.

They do the best iPhone screen repairs in the area-- quality parts, best prices (very reasonable) in N Georgia& fast in & out service... highly recommend!

RUDE! I couldn't get through on their business line so I emailed. I was told they set it up this way to prevent sales call. Well it also prevents customer calls. Therefore I couldn't use their services. I had to find another repair shop for my broken phone.( I mean really... I COULD NOT GET THROUGH on his phone line. You can't call to schedule a repair if you can't get through.)The owner then told me he didn't want my business anyway, THEN he proceeded to post our email exchange on his facebook page with my user name in full view so I could get harassed by people thanks to his rude PUBLIC attack on ME. He was very nasty in this post fully blaming ME for this when his business phone not working is the issue. I was never rude to this man. I only said that he lost me as a customer. I reported his post to Facebook. Though I doubt that will do any good. It's a shame too. His business is close by and it would have been very convenient to take my phones there for repair.

After eating lunch at the chinese place I went to AT&T about my cracked phone screen. They referred me to AML Computer Services. I went there and they looked at my phone and informed me that my screen wasn't broken it was the protector glass thingie over the screen. They asked me if they could take it off, they did and tada my phone looks new.

These guys are amazing. They could have charged me for a screen, they could have claimed they fixed the screen, they could have done several things and made money off me, because I am stupid about technolgy but they didn't.

They didn't charge me anything to help me. This is the kind of service, professionalism, honesty that I want and you do to!

MY PC was hit by lightening and FRIED. AML made every effort to obtain my client files and eventually they were successful. I appreciate their efforts and will use them again.

They did it the way I asked, within a few hours and at a great price. This computer pro loved their service and will definitely use them again.

But then the owner went crazy on me on Facebook. Publicly lying about what I said and who I was. Not cool. Definitely won't go back even though the closest alternative is in a different county. I work on a computer for a living so it's a big deal to me that I have to do this. Too bad he didn't even try to smooth things over. O well. Others appreciate my business.

I have been going to AML for years. Rick always provides excellent service at a reasonable price. My last call for help was after trying to download the new Yosemite operating system for my MAC PRO. His team did a great job of completing the download and I didn't lose anything!!! Yea!!!
