Temo Hernandez is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. Including the staff at BMW and Mercedes. Temo is always attentive to the needs of the customer and is also very knowledgeable about the complete Infinity model line. At my last visit Temo provided some valuable information on your line of SUVs, because with my growing family I am considering adding a third Infinity to my "fleet". The next one will surely come from ORANGE COAST INFINITY. I also think that your policy of rewarding employees who rate high in customer satisfaction is a great way to motivate and encourage excellence, however I am sure that Temo's positive attitude would be the same regardless.
