Micah Baker did a great job today. Very professional and prompt service technician!

Service was fast and efficient. Our tech Jason Threadgill got to the problem and fixed it quickly. Thanks again Jason for advising us on getting a new service agreement again and letting know about monthly payments. So we can keep our system running smooth and efficiently and stop any other problems.

The technician Micah Baker came to do our Maintenance Plus checkup today. He was very polite and detailed ever thing he checked and the condition of them. And he answered all my questions. He was one of the best technicians I ve had.

Chris came out and did service maintenance on both of our units. Besides being very pleased with the job he did, I have to commend him on his professionalism. He wanted to change the batteries on the thermostat upstairs and asked if I had any AA batteries. We keep the extra batteries in the basement. I told him to stay where he was and I would go get them. Rather than do what I asked of him, he followed me down the steps, waited until I got the batteries, and followed me back up before going upstairs to replace the batteries. I have to commend this young man as I did not know him and he did not want to be left alone in my home. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in this day and time.....I did not know him and it appeared that he did not want me to question whether he would take something that did not belong to him. Kudos to Chris.

Today, a different young man, Jeremy, came to replace one of our thermostats. I was impressed with his professionalism also. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as showing us some of the features on the thermostat. Jeremy is a very personable young man. Kudos to Jeremy!

Norrell did a great job helping me with my A/C units! I had a leak issue for over a year, and I had several companies come out to look at it repeatedly, but no one could figure out the issue. Scot came out to give me an estimate, and helped me realize it should be an affordable fix. Matt came out to repair the issue, and was able to find the exact nail in the PVC pipe that had been causing my leak for years, and he and Scot were able to fix it efficiently!! I definitely trust them to maintain my A/C units, and signed up for the PLUS Maintenance annual plan for them to maintain them 2x per year!!

Carlos Wells was on call on this July 4th and was sent to my house on a service call. Carlos was polite and curtious. My a/c went out on Monday night and when Carlos arrived he went right to work.

Had Brian Wiggins and Simon service my heat and a/c unit today they did a very good job. They cleaned up and left everything back in place. Also showed me some items I need to replace and update to prevent future problems.

Micah Baker was kind and professional today. He completed the work in a timely manner. I Really appreciated that!!

Kendric Roberts a service specialist with Norrell just left my home servicing both my heating and cooling. He was very professional from start to finish. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he did and why. He made recommendations that were honest and consistent with some of my own concerns. Time and money Well Spent.

We scheduled service for Monday 6/17/2019, My wife and I both work at busy jobs, and I scheduled online as or AC unit started throwing the breaker on the main breaker box over the weekend.

Background, yes, older unit, yes we keep it cold bc that's what we do. Anyway, we had arranged for our grown daughter to stay home until lunch so the service man could come during the scheduled time of 8-10am. This of course DIDN'T happen - of course. Voice mail that I got after the fact bc I work in hospital with very spotty service and can't take calls - we just won't come since we couldn't reach you.....Ok, I'll give you this because I realized they don't want to waste their time,. However, with almost 500 perfect reviews, I was thinking that someone would have at least done a drive by. NOPE! LOL! What was I thinking? I reschedule easily for next day, so you earned A star; that means one. Let's see if we can find a way to give another like in grade school.

Now, back to the online request for service; I told them the problem and requested that the unit be serviced while the technician was here. Heck, since I'm having them out I might as well have the coils cleaned so I won't have to do so in future - RIGHT? Ok, peps, don' t put too much thought into it. The service tech called my wife at work as she is easier to get in touch with when working. He told her that the unit and furnace are old and need to be replaced. Thanks, we know that they are OLD. Stated that there was nothing wrong with unit - holding coolant, fan works, etc...... Stated that when it's really hot out, and the unit has to work too hard, the breaker may get thrown. THX, youtube told me the same thing; however, just wanted to make sure my house wasn't going to catch a fire bc my internet search also said that if it keeps tripping, there may be bigger problem.

Furthermore, since it's old, the coils are bent, and everything works fine, it won't do any good to service it even though you requested this. I have NEVER had an HVC business refuse to service a unit. NOW i'll have to schedule and pay for another service company to come out and service the unit. Company's don't want you to waste their time and are quick to bill. Maybe I should bill for my and my wife's time and inconvience.?!.?

Anyway, you 500 keep on using them and writing great reviews - I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Two techs, Leo Gaines and Corey Hart, serviced our system. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional during their visit. I would definitely recommend them.

Called them late yesterday to check into replacing a furnace cap that blew off my roof. They scheduled someone to be there between 8-12pm. The tech called before 8am. I believe his name was Justin. Very nice, very professional. He climbed on the roof and identified the part that needed replacing. He went back to get the part and was back in 15 mins. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality techs with great customer service skills who show up on time.

Norrell is a very good company. We have been serviced by them at our current location since 2003 and at our other house longer. They came and did our semiannual check and maintenance. The Service Technician was Brian Wiggins. We had had him before and we will request him in the future. He is a very knowledgable and competent worker. He took pictures to show us various things. We applaud the company for hiring men like. We had other techs in the past and would recommend any of them.

Andrew McDaniel was the tech that came out for me. He was super friendly and very speedy in figuring out what happened to the a/c unit that went out two months after I bought my house. Although the price was a little steep I will definitely be using Norell again.

I'm writing this for my mother. She is elderly and feels taken advantage of. The cost of the new system was exorbitant and probably much bigger and more powerful than the house needs. The salesperson did not say new duct work was needed and that the returns would need modifications, but the installers had to do this work anyway. A relatively new and perfectly performing thermostat was taken out and replaced with something much simpler. When she asked about her thermostat the next day, the service man said, "Oh, it's our policy to take them out and throw them away." She did not like the overall attitudes of the installation people and won't recommend Norrell in the future.

My service technician Micah was prompt and very professional..I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Brian Wiggins was the tech. for general maintenance of the Heating/AC. Unit. He is very knowledgeable, Self Explaining and a Professional Tech. The Company and My Self are Happy to have his services.

I was very impressed with John Giannelli's professionalism. He identified the problem with my AC and got it fixed quickly and as economically as possible. My house is cool once again. :)

Jessie Clark just serviced our air conditioner unit. I was so impressed with this man he was so professional so curtious so thorough Jessie was concerened why the air conditioner was not running properly? I was impressed how he stayed to make sure the unit was running right after he made adjustments. He just didnt come in stay 20 minutes and leave he looked in every vent made sure it was pulling the correct tempture no one has ever done that Jessie also looked at the unit outside took the lid off and cleaned it!! Jessie also took time out to show me about the filters in the differance of the mesh if that is the right terminology he showed that I need a Merv 8-10 to properly pull the right amount of air? Outstanding Jessie! Thank You! Jessies needs employee of the month! He was a prefessional man and knows his job well! Jessie Clark is the only man that can now service our air conditioner dont send any Techinion out here unless its Jessie Clark to service our air conitioner unit because Jessie is the only one who knows his job!! Norrell has been my service company for 25 years. Always great work. Micah and Casen took my unit apart today and took pictures of the inside burners (because their flexible camera didn't work) to show me what they were looking for, and found. Everything was OK! Great job guys.

I had a fantastic experience with Norrell. Audrey, the lady that answered the phone was very helpful answering my questions before I made my appointment. Tommy, the technician who came to my house was wonderful. He made some helpful suggestions and was very polite and professional.

I've been a Norrell customer for more than 30 years. Outstanding service. Recently purchased my second H/AC from Norrell. Decided to purchase a high efficiency unit and very pleased with it. It not only does a great of cooling, but equally well with heating. Used the furnace for the first time on Thursday and noticed an odor. Called them yesterday and they sent out a service technician, Jason Threadgill to check it. He was very through with the inspection. Jason explained the heat exchangers are coated with a oil at the factory and sometimes when first used will produce a slight odor, which will be gone. I was very impressed with Jason's service and willingness to answer all my questions. Great job.

My a/c stopped working last night. Fortunately it was not a typical Alabama August night and I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning instead of having a technician working in the dark. Jason Threadgill called to let me know he was on the way and about what time he would be here. Once here, he asked a few questions and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in just a few minutes. He definitely knows what he is doing and was able to explain the diagnostics and solutions to me as he went along. I will definitely call Norrell and ask specifically for Jason the next time I need a/c repair. Thank you so much!

Had to have a whole new system and new hot water heaters and my Dad recommended Norrell and I am so glad he did!!! The guys and gals at Norrell are so AWESOME!! Everyone we encountered was nice, helpful, patient (because we did ask A LOT of questions) and knowledgeable!!! Could not have asked for better people when dealing with something like this!!!!

It was a pleasure doing business with Norrell! They sent someone right out. They were prompt and professional.
Sue from the office was very helpful, and called to remind me of the arrival time. I purchased a maintenance program with them at that time and have continued to be very pleased with their service.
I had a small problem this week and called one afternoon and they were out the next day. Sue called again to notify me when the technician was in his way.
Carlus Wells was, as all their technicians have been, very personable and professional. He showed me the problem and explained it to me, and exactly what he had done to correct the problem, and he made sure it was working properly before he left.

I felt very comfortable with her - especially being able to ask questions and receive a educated answer. I feel that Jessica went above and beyond just average!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and simply put "easy" to talk to. I highly recommend her and I would like to request her personally for the remainder of my home visits.
