My a/c stopped working last night. Fortunately it was not a typical Alabama August night and I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning instead of having a technician working in the dark. Jason Threadgill called to let me know he was on the way and about what time he would be here. Once here, he asked a few questions and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in just a few minutes. He definitely knows what he is doing and was able to explain the diagnostics and solutions to me as he went along. I will definitely call Norrell and ask specifically for Jason the next time I need a/c repair. Thank you so much!
