Chris came out and did service maintenance on both of our units. Besides being very pleased with the job he did, I have to commend him on his professionalism. He wanted to change the batteries on the thermostat upstairs and asked if I had any AA batteries. We keep the extra batteries in the basement. I told him to stay where he was and I would go get them. Rather than do what I asked of him, he followed me down the steps, waited until I got the batteries, and followed me back up before going upstairs to replace the batteries. I have to commend this young man as I did not know him and he did not want to be left alone in my home. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in this day and time.....I did not know him and it appeared that he did not want me to question whether he would take something that did not belong to him. Kudos to Chris.

Today, a different young man, Jeremy, came to replace one of our thermostats. I was impressed with his professionalism also. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as showing us some of the features on the thermostat. Jeremy is a very personable young man. Kudos to Jeremy!
