Dan Brown provided excellent service on our furnace system today. Outstanding!

I have used Norrell Service Experts for many years including two complete system installs. Their work is first class and they stand behind it.
Corey Hart performed my fall service today and he arrived on time and was was pleasant and professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

Dan brown was very helpful and informative. He serviced my heating and cooling units and gave me great advice for maintaining my system.

Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company. I cancelled a plumber because Norrell claimed to be a Rinnai certified company. Tech called me a day after I scheduled the appointment online and said he didn't have any parts and wouldn't be able to make any repairs if he came out. So frustrating dealing with inconsiderate companies. Will never call this company again and would recommend staying away from them if you want any service

Leo Gaines & Jessica Campbell serviced my systems today and did a very good, thorough job. They were polite & gave me valuable information. Most of all, they did not try to sell me anything that I don't need! I really appreciated that. Highly recommend them both.

Jose came out and serviced my family's HVAC system today. Automotive trouble had him arriving later than scheduled, but his knowledge, honesty, good manner and excellent service more than made up for it. Thank you Jose for your service. We will be using Norrell again.

Brian Wiggins came out to service our unit today. He was friendly and professional. Did a very thorough job and made sure we understood any recommendations.

The Norrell service technician, Carlus Wells, was courteous and highly competent in diagnosing the problem with our air conditioning system. He also explained options in making the repairs that was helpful in our decision on what would be best in the long run. Good experience and outcome.

Simon Adkins was Friendly and Efficient. Simon check out or unit, replaced a filter and discovered our light was burned out. He was nice and offered to go get a light for us, but discovered one in his truck. We have used Norrell for years and are always happy with the service.

Dan Brown was very professional, helpful and courteous with explaining the needs of getting a new AC system. I would recommend Dan Brown to anyone. I was very impressed with his technical skills!! I will certainly recommend Norrell to my friends.

Brian Wiggins from Norrell Service Experts just completed our semi annual inspections and was very professional, personal and prompt with any questions we had. He took the time to explain what issues our system was having and thoroughly explained our options. He did not pressure us in our decision making and helped us make the right choice regarding our circumstance. I would not hesitate him being our technician going forward. Thank you Brian.

As usual, the service was excellent. The tech, Micah Baker, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived during a small thunderstorm, but he worked through and completed the fall maintenance on my unit.

Had a tech from Jack Segars Heating & Air come to our home and they only took our money and lied to us. Norrell came out the day we called them and got us up and running in no time. Jeremy, Tyler, Shawn and Justin are outstanding and knowledgeable young men. We couldn't have been more pleased with their performance. Audrey and Sue from the office was my first point of contact and they are so polite and willing to help at a time when nothing seems to be going right. Thank you all.

We had our unit serviced today by Carlus Wells with Norrell Heating and Air. He did an awesome job. Our house is now nice and cool.

I had my AC repaired today by Jessie and he went beyond expectations than any other AC repair from the past. He was very detailed and took time to explain and show me why the AC was not working properly and how he proceeded to fix the AC. After the repair, he informed me on future options on servicing my AC and plans available to cut cost for me if future repairs may be needed. I highly recommend Jessie as your technician with this company and the appointment process was a breeze as well. Thanks so much for a smooth service today!

Norrell Service Tech Dan Brown just spent four hours with us on a Sunday in the attic, outside, upstairs and pretty much dismantling our AC unit to understand why the unit wasn t cooling. He was detailed, friendly and looked at all possible issues to make sure he knew what the problem was. Five stars to Dan and Norrell!

Technicians are always prompt, courteous, capable and efficient. Carlus Wells did a great job today. He kept me up to date on what he was doing and things needed to be done. Five stays for Carlus!

Jason Threadgill went over and above on my most recent service call. We've always had great service with Norrell, but Jason was by far the best we've had.

Joey Capri did a great job servicing our heat pump recently. Kudo's to him and your organization!

Carlus Wells was knowledgeable, thorough, and a really nice guy. He answered our questions with a smile, seemed to really enjoy his work, and treated us like we mattered. Norrell is the way to go - I'm so glad we have the Ultimate Protection Plus Mintenance Plan with them!

Helped to protect us from Covid 19 by wearing a face mask and maintaining appropriate distancing! Worth its weight in gold !

Tech Jeremy Stiles did a two system tune up at my home. He was on time and very thorough checking all components and air flow. He was very polite and explained to me all he did when finished. Great job!

Corey Hart was our service technician and did an excellent, professional job cleaning out our ductless split units. He was the first technician to diagnose our cooling issues with years of caked grime inside the units. He was able to clean and disinfect them which are now quietly cooling.

jessica campbell was very nice and did a very good job also gave us our options at my grandmothers house ray and cindy earnest was very satisfied with the service she provided

Andrew was our technician and he identified the issue quickly. He was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and left the house clean after the job was finished. Trystan, the sales consultant, patiently answered all my questions and provided several different estimates immediately. Definitely would recommend Norrell for all your heating/AC needs.

I have had a very positive experience with Norrell, beginning with Aaron, the diagnostic service technician who initially came to determine the source of my heating/air problem to Cason who sold me a new unit, to Andrew Harry and Anthony Smith who came to put in the unit. These men were professional, polite, pleasant, and accommodating. The servicemen cleaned up nicely after finishing their work. Aaron explained the problem with the old unit very well, did not pressure me to buy a new one at all. Cason provided information about new units to my satisfaction and answered my questions adequately. Andrew and Anthony provided additional information on their work installing and for use of the unit. They completed the installation in a very timely manner.

Had a scheduled maintenance visit today and our technician was Micah Baker. Micah was very polite, respectful of our property, and thorough in his explanation of our systems and how they were performing.

Norrell was great to work with. I purchased my first home and it was in need of new attic insulation, HVAC tune up, asbestos removal, air duct cleaning, and a complete new seal and wrap on all the ducts. I was very impressed with the workers and was amazed at the speed and quality of their work. Everyone I met from Norrell was friendly and had great customer service. They made me feel confident in my investment in my home and I highly recommend the Norrell team to others.

Matt Chapman and Bradley Isbell did an impeccable job servicing the units at our preschool. They went over all of the services they provided. They left no stone unturned. They were the best.

Norrell Service Experts sent installers out to our house on New Years Eve and they worked most of the day installing a new Lennox hvac system. Our old system had failed on December 30th. We had the sales person at the house the day before New Years Eve to give us a quote on multiple units. Like I mentioned, the Installers were out the next day on New Years Eve. From beginning to end we had a good experience with the salesman, the technicians and the support personnel. To say the least we were greatly relieved to have warm air on New Years Day. We sure enjoyed the football games. The system is very quiet, heats the house quickly and we love the Wi-Fi graphical thermostat. There is an app for our cell phones so we can remotely manage our system. Great Service.

Please read my review about JEESE CLARK that is attached to this one below! Matt Chapman was great at my home today. Very nice young man with lots of manners. I would recommend him for everyone. Great tech!
This is my second review for the month due to having issues with my new unit! This technician JEESE CLARK came to service my unit on December17 or 18 th. I was completely without any heat. It was approximately forty degrees and it was cold! Anyways JEESE was sent out and he told me mycircuit board was damaged and they would have to order the part and it would take two days. I have several health issues and to leave home would be impossible. JEESEKnew I had already spent one nigh in the cold without any heat so he was determined not to have me in the cold again. HE completely re figured another board to another u it and spent all day to get it to work and by six I had heat!! There is not another service man who would have done this. Most would have said well good luck and see you when the part comes in two days later! But notJEESEhe found a way for me to have heat! He is one fine service man! Norrell is very lucky to have him! Jeff his boss should do something nice for him because he went far beyond what others would not have done! Thank you JEESE CLARK you are one excellent service man I wasn't sure Iwould have gone with Norrell next time if they hadn't of done something! THis is my third unit with them and I will request Jesse from here on out to service my unit!

Anthony and Darryl did a great job replacing our furnace and fixing our air ducts. They were able to come out extremely quick and I reccomend them to anyone with major heating and air issues.

The a/c stopped working on the hottest day of the week. John was able to diagnose the problems and offer several options. One issue was the repairs were scheduled for Monday but we needed the a/c working sooner. John was able to get repairs to start on Saturday so the house would start to cool. We thank John for taking the extra step.
