Called them late yesterday to check into replacing...

Called them late yesterday to check into replacing a furnace cap that blew off my roof. They scheduled someone to be there between 8-12pm. The tech called before 8am. I believe his name was Justin. Very nice, very professional. He climbed on the roof and identified the part that needed replacing. He went back to get the part and was back in 15 mins. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality techs with great customer service skills who show up on time.
