I first called Norrell when I couldn't get help from the Home warranty company or the company that installed my unit through the warranty company.
It was a pleasure doing business with Norrell! They sent someone right out. They were prompt and professional.
Sue from the office was very helpful, and called to remind me of the arrival time. I purchased a maintenance program with them at that time and have continued to be very pleased with their service.
I had a small problem this week and called one afternoon and they were out the next day. Sue called again to notify me when the technician was in his way.
Carlus Wells was, as all their technicians have been, very personable and professional. He showed me the problem and explained it to me, and exactly what he had done to correct the problem, and he made sure it was working properly before he left.
I can't say enough good things about this company! I recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioner services.
