I've been a Norrell customer for more than 30 years. Outstanding service. Recently purchased my second H/AC from Norrell. Decided to purchase a high efficiency unit and very pleased with it. It not only does a great of cooling, but equally well with heating. Used the furnace for the first time on Thursday and noticed an odor. Called them yesterday and they sent out a service technician, Jason Threadgill to check it. He was very through with the inspection. Jason explained the heat exchangers are coated with a oil at the factory and sometimes when first used will produce a slight odor, which will be gone. I was very impressed with Jason's service and willingness to answer all my questions. Great job.
