We had Norrell expert tech Micah Baker come to our home and service our heating and cooling systems. Micah showed up at the appointed time and was very professional and courteous. Micah checked our system throughly and explained what he was doing. Very happy with the service we received and will use Norrell in the future.

Brian Wiggins was great. He quickly found out what the problem was. Very satisfied.

Was very pleased with service by Jason Threadgill. My heat was out, he arrived promptly and was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. Very friendly and professional.

My experience with Norrell has been amazing! Scot Peterson made picking the perfect system for our home quick and easy. Darrell and Chase arrived to install our brand new system only two days after the contract was solidified. Darrell and Chase were informed, on time and professional. They answered all my questions about our new system and showed me just how everything worked! My husband & I contacted Norrell Service Experts to have an inducer blower cleaning performed on our Rinnai gas tankless water heater. He also came dressed in full covid-19 safety gear, which also added a level of comfort and security to our family while he worked. Carlus Wells arrived on time for a scheduled air conditioner maintenance appointment. He was very professional and while here he diagnosed and repaired a problem with the condensate pump system. We have been long term customers of Service Experts, this is the 2nd complete HVAC system they have installed for us. Their personnel, products, workmanship and warrantee are exceptional.

Came home to a hot house and called Norrell. Jason Threadgill, my service technician, was there in no time to fix the problem. Fast, friendly, professional and honest, I can't express how pleased I am with the service. Thanks again Jason and Norrell.

Jeremy Stiles did the most thorough check up on our furnaces that anyone has ever done. He really did a great job!

Christopher McKown came out on Sunday and got the air working within minutes. He found the problem and solved the issue. He was very honest and worked fast. Cant ask for better service on a SUNDAY and last minute. I highly recommend them

Carus Wells came out today to replace a coil on my mother's AC unit. He was courteous and very professional. He made sure my mother understood the work he had performed; he showed us the coil and explained what it should look like. He also gave tips on what could help the coil last longer. Carlus is a great service technician that we would recommend.

Been with them for years. Technicians are great. Always arrive on time when appointment is scheduled. When need to schedule appointments the staff is pleasant and helpful in assisting you. Definitely would recommend this company.

Matt Chapman and my original salesman, Chip Seals, responded immediately when I called to get a second opinion on service I needed on my Heat and Air system at home. They didn't charge to run a second check on my system to confirm a leak. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and the price they quoted to repair the system was very competitive. I was so comfortable with their expertise I ask them to quote for a UV air purification system. I also signed up for an annual maintenance agreement which gave me a discount on the work I needed. I would recommend them and their company to anyone.

Dan Brown was an excellent tech he was very professional with is work. I recommend Dan Brown for any service work!!!

Micha Baker did an excellent job performing our scheduled service. He was thorough and professional. He gave us a complete summary of the status of our unit. We trust Norrell to do all our needed maintenance.

Jason Threadgill came to my parents home last week for maintenance check. I found Jason to be very out going and friendly. Both my parents bragged on his efficiency and he had been to their home several times over time. Good worker.

Had my coil replaced by Jessie Clark. He does excellent work and is very thorough. Once completed he then double checked for any issues. Highly recommend him.

We have been with Norrell for years and have only had good experiences!
We are preferred customers which means we pay a yearly price to get checked at the change of winter & summer. The only extra we pay for is a new filter.
I have to say that Reid Phillips has been the best service man we have had. I request he come every time please!

1 - Was prompt, fixed the issue, and cost was reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend. Technician (Jeremy Stiles) was friendly and answered all my questions
2 - Recently got a yearly service, technician did a good service/cleaning, unfortunately unit went out the next day, but sent someone (Steven Burns) over first thing the next morning and good to go since. Satisfied every time I have used Norrell.

Carlus Wells is a superb service technician. Explained everything thoroughly. Very courteous and thoughtful.

We love Norrell, they did a great job servicing our system, Jason Threadgill was the technician who came out. He was extremely thorough with the maintenance service. Also we had some questions relating to our generator and he was knowledgeable about that as well.
We only have one complaint with Norrell and it has nothing to do with Jason. When the system was installed it was not centered properly on the pad and they haven't been willing to fix that and it's been almost 2 years.

Kendrick Roberts showed up for our annual checkup. He did a professional job and kept us informed the entire time. Courteous and polite. He explained all our options and said he would follow up with some estimates. I would recommend Norrell Heating and Air.

I just had my "winter" system maintenance performed. Technician JOEY CARPRI arrived on time and ready to work. He was completely professional and very informative keeping me advised on all facets of the maintenance he performed. His demeanor was one of helpfulness and concern for the customer and his appearance was professional. Cannot say enough good things about our recent service experience! Jordan Rogers did a fantastic job, was at our home in roughly 30 minutes from my initial call and stayed and fixed our AC effortlessly until 9 pm on a Saturday. He was kind, professional and thorough. I cannot say enough positive things about the service experience. Even the call center was extremely professional. We have 4 HVAC units in our home-so we know good customer service when we see it. Many thanks to Service Experts for a job well done.

Your service technician Mark Smith performed the Fall service on my heating system on October 23. He was very proficient and did an excellent job on my unit. He explained what he did in very understandable terms. I hope he is assigned again to my Spring service!

9-16-2020 Micah Baker was my technician today - on time, courteous and professional. He gave me thorough details on everything and got my system ready for winter. I always feel confident that the Norrell team experts are very qualified and I can trust them.

Right away the tech Jason Threadgill immediately went to the AC unit and tested it. He was completely honest and not opinionated. So much so that we purchased a new system. Dennis Jones was our service technician and he performed the annual maintenance on our furnace and mini-splits. He was friendly, professional and arrived on time. There was an issue with our mini-splits that he detected and was able to track down and fix the issue. We have been using Norrell for 5+ years and have been very happy with their service.

We had a wonderful experience with Corey Hart and Darrell installing our new Carrier heating and cooling units. Their friendliness and professionalism made it easy on us. Thanks so much. We highly recommend Norrell!

We've had our furnace and air conditioning serviced by Norrell for years. Wouldn't you know, Brian Wiggins was supposed to come service our furnace on what turned out to be the hottest day of September (and I mean, it was HOT, 100 degrees or so). I was dreading him turning on the furnace and roasting our house, but he was done SO fast and SO efficiently. I didn't even notice the furnace going on! Rah!

Had Mr Aaron Parker come out to service my heating & air system. He was professional and informative. Good job Norrell!

I have used this service for many years and am consistently pleased with them. The technician today (Jeremy) arrived promptly as scheduled and was very thorough in addressing all questions.

My service tech was Jessie Clark. He could not have been more personable and polite. He was unable to complete repairs the first day due to having to order a part, but was prompt in returning and completing the job. He spoke with and treated my mother like he knew her personally and not just a customer. He also was great with my two dogs who can be quite difficult with strangers. My chihuahua isn't aggressive, but can be really grumpy with new people, but Jessie was so good around him, he actually allowed your tech to pet him. I think very highly of my two dogs, and when someone treats them as though they were their own dog, I hold that in high regard. I don't know if these reviews will reflect on his work records, but he deserves recognition for both his work and the way he conducted himself around my mother and my two dogs.

Called at 9:30 to report an A/C problem. Scheduled a service call for between 3:00 and 4:00 the same day (the earliest I could get home). Joey arrived during that interval and, within 30 minutes, had cool air flowing. As a contract customer I paid nothing for this service call.

Jeremy and later, Jason came out after I had an emergency call the night before with no resolution by another company. The issues were under warranty and Jason worked his magic. It took time but he did it right! He was very patient, kind, and willing to explain simplistically. I'll definitely use them in the future! We have had a contract with Norrell for years and have been very pleased. They let you know when they are coming,call when they are close and always are very professional. If they find a problem they explain it thoroughly and do there best to fix it in a timely manner. Just last week Tyler Lawley and Richard Holtzman found a problem and presently Norrell is fixing it. I would highly recommend this company and both of these gentlemen.

Norrell came today for our 6 month service on our ac/ heating unit. They also inspected our water heater, which was needing to be replaced. They were able to complete this at the same visit. All three gentlemen that were here were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Brian Wiggins, Clifton Hardy and Logan.

I had a scheduled HVAC tune up scheduled for my mother's home and the technician who arrived was Brian Wiggins. Brian detected an issue with the freon line that was damaged after a recent break in to my mother's home which lead to other issues. Brian had the repairs made and gave me a detailed damage assessment. Brian was very conscientious and great at explaining what repairs were needed. I will definitely be using Norrell to service the HVAC system at my new home.
