I'm grateful for all of Norrell service experts , but my most recent technician- Jessica Cambell did a fantastic job. She was a pleasure to have at my home. I felt very comfortable with her - especially being able to ask questions and receive a educated answer. I feel that Jessica went above and beyond just average!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and simply put "easy" to talk to. I highly recommend her and I would like to request her personally for the remainder of my home visits. Thank you again Norrell, for always being there, being friendly folks, and maintaining my heating/air conditioning needs in a timely fashion.
