I'm a new homeowner and have been working with service tech Brian W. since I got into my house. He always gives me all of the information I need to best make decisions for my house and budget. Today he came with another tech Dennis and got my hot water back running. Being a woman buying on my own,it's been hard to know what service providers to trust with repairs. I can 100% say I trust Brian and Norrell and will continue working with them. Thanks guys!

Today I had a scheduled visit by a Norrell technician name Micah Baker. He was thorough and honest. He did arrive late but made up for his tardiness by being honest and transparent about my needs and health of my units. Good job Micah, keep up the good work.

I have had all great experiences with this company! Jason came after hours to fix an AC leak. He didn't try to make unnecessary fixes. He was helpful, efficient, and courteous!

They are friendly and easy to work with. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He told what the problem was and how he fixed it. The service was at a reasonable cost. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Dennis Jones arrived on time with a mask and put on his "booties" before entering the house. He performed the maintenance in a professional and timely manner.

My ac unit was no longer blowing cool air. We thought that it just needed freon but it turns out the fan was not working. The technician replaced the fan and it is working once more. The price was a little high but I am happy that it's working.

I was just had my heater serviced by Norrell and the technician Michael Naish was extremely patient and informative on my tune up as well as giving me information that I needed to make some decisions about our heating and air conditioning units! Service Experts did a Precision Tune Up on my AC system. My outdoor coils were very dirty after having missed doing a tune up last summer. They removed the panels from my unit and thoroughly cleaned the coils and the inside of the unit, even removing the leaves. They checked my entire system including my indoor coil in my attic. Jacob, the technician took his time and was very thorough, including explaining everything he did. He wore booties on his feet in my home, not tracking in dirt or grass from the outside. I appreciate their professionalism and respect for me and my home so much that I purchased a maintenance agreement so I won t forget to have my heating system checked this winter or my AC next year.

I had my unit serviced for the summer season and Carlus Wells showed real professionalism and care during his visit. Excellent job! Thanks

Anthony Connell was the representation from Norrell Service Experts who came out on Saturday, April 29, 2017 to try to fix an air conditioner problem I had with my unit from Norrell. Jeremy Stiles has done several heating and air services for us. He is always friendly, polite, and I'd have to say competent as we have no problems after he's finished. He cleans up after himself too. One thing I like a lot about Jeremy is that he's always showing us what is going on and educating us as to what needs to be done.

Contacted Norrell Service Experts for a tune up on our heat pumps. Jason Threadgill came to the house and quickly and efficiently cleaned and inspected the whole unit. Gave me a thorough report on both my units. Highly recommend this business!

Micah Baker and Trystan Fortner showed up on time on 4/8/20 and were very professional in their servicing of our system, identification and completion of a repair that was necessary, and presentation of a UV light improvement that would help cleanse the air.

Furnace stopped working Jordan Rogers came out within an hour. Fixed the problem told us about a special for a new furnace. Our furnace was 17 years old. Antony Connell came out and gave us suggestions and estimate for a new system which we purchased. We also want Jordan to start servicing our new unit. We were very pleased with his work.

We would like to say thanks to Albert, Chip, Matt and Nick for their professionalism and knowledge of the products they repair, sale and install. We had to replace our old furnace and these guys made the transition smooth.

So pleased with Justin Thornhill s excellent work. He is very professional! I appreciate having him providing repair to my HVAC so quickly on a Saturday. I have respiratory problems so his fast service prevented me from getting sick! Thank you Justin!

Jason threadgill and Tim Randall were Lifesavers for my 89 year-old mother. She was in her house at over 80 degrees with no air condition. They came right out replace the capacitor and now she can stay in her home without baking like the apple pies she makes.

Jason Threadgill did an outstanding job on my heating unit. First was the late night emergency call and then came back the next morning to replace the thermostat. He takes great pride in his work, making the site of the new thermostat very attractive. The work site was then cleaned up and everything tidied up. He did a great job, I highly recommend this business for their work ethic and pride in tbe work performed. Very pleased.

Excellent service from Michael Muck on 07/31/2019. Prompt, polite, and thorough.

We had four HVAC companies come to our house in Bluff Park to figure out why our heat pump didn't work. One was a big advertiser in the Birmingham media market, and they just wanted to sell me a new $15,000 unit. A smaller company wanted to basically do the same, although they came in at $11,000. Two one-man HVAC guys were nice, and didn't want to sell me new units; but after several attempts, they couldn't find out what was wrong.

Then I called Norrell. Technician Jeremy Stiles patiently listened to my long boring history of our heat pump and how it had worked off and on. He asked questions. Then he started investigating. After almost two hours poking around both my inside and outside units, he discovered a terribly clogged dysfunctional coil was the problem.

Instead of charging me $15,000 for a new unit, Norrell charged less than $1,000 and Jeremy took the better part of a day to unclog and restore both the inoperable coil (which kept the heat pump from turning on) and the dirty coils on the outside unit.

He not only found the problem and fixed it, he explained what he did in detailed layman's terms I could understand.

From my experience, if you don't call Norrell for heating and air conditioning issues, you're wasting your time and your money.

We have good experiences with the techs that service our unit. Always friendly and courteous. When we have had to call in the past to have something checked, they send someone out same day. Leo Gaines serviced our unit today and was courteous and friendly. He showed the part that needed replaced and explained it.

I was amazingly serviced today by two highly skilled Norrell Service Expert technicians Leo Gaines and Corey Hart. They both skillfully and professionally performed a service maintenance on my HVAC and were thorough on all of the work that was done. Great customer service. Thanks guys.
