We have been using Norrell for 15 years, and the employees are very friendly and professional. We are very satisfied with their service and will continue using Norrell Service Experts including any future equipment replacements. We especially like choosing our service rep. (Dan Brown) and service times. The annual service contract is very reasonable. All service and equipment charges are competitive.

Great experience with Norrell Service Experts and technician Jeremy Stiles! Jeremy was professional, polite, and very thorough with his work. The rep that came out was very professional and friendly. He came in found the problem, let me know what it was and how he was gone fix it. It took him maybe 30 minutes to get my AC up and blowing snow balls again. All the neighborhood kids loved his gadgets as well!!!
The float switch on our new unit tripped for the second time within a few weeks of it being installed. Carlus Wells responded to an after hours call on a Saturday night. It would have been easy to provide a quick fix especially after what I am sure was already a long day. Carlus provided great customer service taking his time (close to an hour) to investigate and find the cause of the problem. He explained why the unit cut off and how he fixed it to prevent future problems. We will definitely continue to use Norrell for our heating and air needs.

Jessie Clark has been my HVAC technician on two separate homes I have in Birmingham. He is extremely professional and thorough. He explains things very well and doesn t seem like he s in a hurry. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and well spoken. I will use Norrell service experts in the future but I will ask for Jessie by name to be my technician. I trust him completely.
Our technician, Luiz Galindo, was extremely knowledgeable, as are the other technicians who have serviced our HVAC system. He was polite, professional and thorough and discovered an issue that we need to know about and do something about. He explained the problem clearly, wasn't pushy at all and got us a quote quickly. In Alabama, in the middle of a heat and dry spell, our AC stopped cooling so I called Norrell service experts. Jason Threadgill responded, he called to confirm someone was home and he arrived just like he said he would a few minutes later. Another great service from NSE for seasonal HVAC check up. The company was very easy to work with especially since I had to make a last minute change to our appointment time. The secretary communicated with the service technician and the appointment time was pushed back an hour. Micah Baker was the tech who came to the house and was very pleasant and professional. Within an hour everything was checked and good to go. Good experience!

Brian Wiggins came out for an evaluation of what appeared to be a Freon leak and excess condensation. He was able to diagnose the cause of the excess water and leak checked our lines to help identify the source of the Freon leak. He was very helpful during the entire visit in explaining the things he was looking for to help with his diagnosis.

Had an issue with our heating system last week. Jason Threadgill from Norrell came out and diagnosed the problem ( a burned out blower motor). Since a new motor was not available for a couple of days, he installed a temporary motor so we would have heat until the new was available. Jason came back and installed the new motor yesterday. Everything is back to normal. Very pleased with the service I received.

We can not stress how wonderful our technician, Jessie Clark, was! He was respectfully friendly, courteous, extremely professional, and very through. He went above and beyond to not only do just a service call but truly make sure we understood what was happening with our HVAC & Thermostat. Norell's staff are professional and courteous and knowledgeable. When a hot water heater ruptured in a rental property they were on site with a replacement within hours. They wear masks and follow hygene protocol when in homes and around tenants. I feel that this is a company I can rely on for quality service. KD Madison and Micah Baker were great service technicians. I would request them in the future.

Norrell Service Experts was who installed our new A/C Unit about two years ago. We keep a yearly maintenance program going to maintain our heating and air. All of their service personnel have been wonderful to work with. On Wednesday, it was Michah Baker who serviced our A/C. Micah was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In today's society you don't find a lot of people who carry all three qualities with them everywhere they go, but I found Micah to be just that person who personafies these qualities with every endeavor he undertakes. We will certainly ask that he return in the fall to take care of our heating.
