Jessie Clark came out to have a look at my mini-split that was not properly cooling. Jessie was the ideal service technician. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, not rushed or in a hurry, and kept me in the loop on everything that he was doing. Throughout his diagnositic process, he gave detailed explanation of what was going on with the unit in a way that was easy to follow and understand. This was my first time using Norrell Heating and Air and I am always nervous about using a different hearing and air company for the first time. My service experience with Jessie was outstanding. He immediately earned my trust and I will certainly use Norrell for future heating and air needs, and will ask for Jessie Clark. As well, he took the time to explain and to go over the details of the bill. I very much appreciated thoroughness and willingness to make sure that the cooling issue was fixed.

KD Madison was very polite and helped me understand about my unit. Every question I asked him about what I didn t understand he knew the answer to he even broke it down to why it happened or could have happened. This the type of technician everyone should have and if anyone need a technician I would definitely tell them KD Madison is the guy to call for all of your technician needs about your heating an air unit. I m a VERY SATISFIED customer.

Carlus Wells came over about a month ago to troubleshoot a water leak from my air conditioning unit. He did an assessment and was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. He explained everything and made sure the unit was working properly before leaving. I was very pleased with the service.

I will also add that all of my interactions with Norrell's Call Center and Dispatch personnel (for many years now), whether for routine maintenance or the rare emergency/trouble-call, have been top notch...always helpful and professional! This is very refreshing when, in today's world, many call center experiences are way too frustrating and ineffective.

Jason Threadgill was the tech .He was punctual, and knowledgeable. He respected my home and explained what he was doing . He even showed me a picture. He did not talk down to me which has been my experience with other companies . The problem was corrected and the cost appropriate. I also found the secretary very professional. Scheduling was timely. I will use them again for my hot water heater.

I've used them for years. Always good service and honest assessment of my needs. The latest service by Jason Threadgill was efficient and good.

Dan Brown was a nice young gentleman, he was concerned about the system,he made sure that everything was alright, he was very professional.

Brian Wiggins came out to my home late at night determine to fix my heating problem. He stayed for hours, fixed the problem and left with great service and an awesome attitude. I've been a customer with a service contract for several years. Fortunately we did not have any problems for a few years. For this recent issue they came the day I called and had the issue fully resolved the following morning.

Technician Calus Wells arrived at the appointed time as was very professional. He went about performing the agreed upon maintenance service and diagnosed a problem that I was having and offered a solution. Carlus answered all of my questions. A job well done!!

Jordan Rogers did an outstanding job of trouble shooting the leak that was going to destroy and damage our carpet.
He methodically assessed the situation and found the root cause of our
problems and stopped the leak It was a faulty switch on our sump pump that was overfilling the sump and leaking onto our floor. Jason procured a more reliable sump pump for our condensate return system and solved the problem. Thanks for your prompt and professional response.

Your technician, Christian Jones, showed up early and handled our scheduled service call in a very professional manner. He checked out all systems and told us some areas to be looking for for future maintenance needs. He changed our filters and did diagnostic tests on both our units and made sure everything was in working order. He was very cordial, well dressed and very friendly and professional . We hope to have him back for our next check up in 6 months.

I had a faulty HVAC unit less than 2 years old. After several parts had to be replaced, I escalated to the supervisor Jeff. He personally came out and rechecked the unit. The next week, more cooling issues. General Manager Terry Henry, then came out and checked the entire system, under house, checked temps, etc. Found out the unit was, indeed, not putting out up to specs and was the wrong tonage. He went to bat for me and I now have a 3 ton, NEW HVAC system, with no charge!!! Shawn installed it yesterday, worked hard all day. I did pay for new duct work to be installed and sealed, since mine was very old and cooling my crawl space!! They "did the right thing" by me, and I am very appreciative. I have been a loyal 10+ year customer with Norrell and highly recommen

Norrell is a wonderful company to do business with. We had to replace the A/C in our home in the heat of summer and they were so helpful and professional through the whole process. They had us installed and cooling down within 72 hrs. We continue to carry a service contract and are always impressed by their customer service. This is a heating and air company you can trust.

AC went out during the night and Tyler was there to fix it first thing in the morning. He replaced the broken part and fixed the problem that led to the part breaking down to begin with. He gets along with dogs well also!

Jason Threadgill was my Technician he done a great job. He found a very issue with my unit that could have caused serious health issues or even death and he informed me what I needed to do to solve the problem.

Carlus Wells came out to give my units a spring check up. He did a very thorough job and he is one of the nicest service technicians that I have ever met. As long as Carlus is there so will Norrell.

I purchased a house late last year that had an annual service contract on it. Not only did Norrell honor it, but I also enjoyed their service so much that I renewed it for a year. Leo came today for the first visit of the new term and did a great job with Jessica. They were very professional and courteous!

The gentlemen that came out were consummate professionals. The technician worked hard and completed a thorough check and cleaning. I actually enjoyed their company as much as I appreciated the work that was performed. I have never been as pleased with this kind of service. Given the choice, I will choose Norrell Service Experts for all my future HVAC needs.

We just had maintance done on our unit by Jessica Campbell, we were very impressed with her service, she was very thorough and honest. A very friendy person. We would want her to be our tech from now on.

I was schedule for a prepaid maintenance tune up on my HVAC system. I must say that this company is efficient and reliable. I can say that there technician, Dennis Jones, was excellent and very professional. Your company needs more tech like him. He is truly great. Need more techs like him.

We researched before choosing an a/c repair company and chose Norrell based on the multiple high remarks they received. Our great experience began with the lovely Miss Sue in the office. She was sweet as could be and very professional. We were lucky enough to have Jeremy S. come out the very next day and he was thorough, efficient and explained everything. We also felt their charges were reasonable and the quality of work excellent. We just bought our house and look forward to having Norrell (and hopefully Jeremy) take care of all of our heating and cooling needs!

Micah Baker was the service technician for my semi-annual maintenance and he was prompt, courteous, and professional. Micah not only explained his recommendations in detail but left them in writing so I could follow-up. I appreciate his thoroughness!

I ve used Norrell for almost 30 years and am very happy with their service. Technician Micah Baker came today to check my furnace for the winter. He arrived on time, did a professional job, and was very courteous. A piece fell off the breaker box, and he came right back to fix it.

I called Norrell today saying that my air wasn t working. Jason Threadgill came this afternoon to find the unit not working properly. He promised he would have it cooling before he left today. He lived up to that promise. He is efficient, friendly and works quietly.

I was dismayed that the first tech who came didn't realize the motor needed replacing when he came on the Friday before; therefore, when it shut down again that night, we were at the weekend & the part we needed didn't come in until today. That put us without air for 4 days!

Had an after hours no heat in January emergency. I called 4 different companies and left messages or placed a call for service. Norrell on call service Tech Jordan Rogers called me back within minutes was at my home within 10 minutes and in short order had the issue diagnosed and fixed. Incredible friendly service. If the typical experience is like what I had with Jordan Rogers and Norrell feel confident in calling them. This level of value and service is sadly getting harder to find.

JASON THREADGILL did a great job - I appreciate him calling me when he arrived. I did not recognize the. number and did not answer so he called his office and had them call me -PERFECT!! Service Experts (Norrell) did our fall service check on my Lennox heat pump. They checked all components that relate to making sure I have adequate heat and cooling in the coming months. Michael was the service technician. He took the time to answer ALL my questions about the state of my heat pump. I have had other service needs in past months and they responded in a short time to keep my heat pump working properly.

Mr Anthony Connell was very professional and knowledgeable in performing his work His arrival was timely both times(appreciative of that). He is very personable and caring. He took the time to explain and assist me w/contract completion on the service loan done today as well as to inform me of service actions on our equipment. As a consumer, I was quite impressed and appreciative of his service on this day October 20,2015. Thxu Norrell for sending Anthony to take care of our service needs. We have doing business with NSE for 6 years. They have replaced two systems for us in those six years. Both times we received great service. We also have an annual maintenance contract with them. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. Micah Baker came out today and did a great job!!! Great company, great people, great service!!!!

Have been using Norrell since 1999 and during this time they have provide reliable service, installation and repairs. Recent service by technician, Micah maintained the level of service I have come to expect from Norrell.

We just received our semi-annual maintenance checkup on our Norrell units. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the professional and thorough service provided by Carlus Wells. He checked, cleaned and tested in a very timely manner. Noise was kept to a minimum. He also provided explanation to my husband for all the steps he was taking. We were very impressed!!

Carlus was professional, courteous, and honest. He diagnosed and corrected the problem promptly and explained it to me throughly. I was only charged for a service call.

Micah has been to our house twice and it s always nice to see a familiar face he s very polite and helpful and put me in touch with the people when I had to gas leak And needed to have some repairs done

I have used Norrell for many years and they are always the best. Brian Wiggins was my tech today and he did a fantastic job.

Jordan Rogers came out and politely and properly diagnosed and fixed our very hard to reach crawl space furnace today. He also found the next weak spots while fixing it and gave us a great quick education, at our request, so we know what we might be looking at fixing in the future so we can better decide when it's time to stop fixing and just put in a whole new system.
I am cheap but after he showed me the math on getting a service plan along with the fix it was clearly totally worth it. We are now snug as a bug in a rug and also know about and have much greater peace of mind about our hvac system. Come summer they'll be back to inspect and clean our outside AC condenser as part of the plan. Thank you Jordan!

The service tech was great. Told and showed us the trouble. Jessie Clark was his name. The whole time Jessie was here was wearing a mask. Put shoe covers to come in house. Just a very nice guy. Two other guys show up in a car from Norrell. Nice guys told us a few thing about the company that was good. But they did wear mask with there noses out. That one my big things. If wear one wear it right or don't wear it. For them make the company look bad. I guessing they was supervisor. There car number was 20244. I dont know there names.
