Our tech was Carlus Wells and we really appreciate his coming out in the rain, being patient as we tried to explain the problems and being even more patient while he explained how our warranty worked. He was prompt, considerate, and courteous. This is our way of saying thanks.

Great and timely service! This company provided us with great and timely A/C service. We came back from a movie on Wednesday night to find our A/C out and the house hot. We used Norrell's on-line scheduling service to set up a service for the next morning and received a confirmation email around 4:00 am. They sent out Carlus Wells who made a professional analysis of our issue. He returned to his office to obtain some needed parts and then had our compressor torn apart and then fixed in a manner of hours. He also replaced a part in the furnace that was about to fail. The house has remained cool ever since! We were really impressed with the professionalism of this company and the tech they sent us to repair our system.

Dan brown was great, he was very helpful with helping me understand my system. I would recommend Dan to anyone, he was very professional and nice.

Norrell Service Experts serviced my furnace yesterday. Their technician, Jason Threadgill, was great. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and he explained things clearly. He even gave me a tip on buying air filters which saved me a good bit of money.

We recently purchased a house and had Norrell Service out for a seasonal HVAC check-up. Our technician Brian Wiggins was on time, friendly, and provided a great explanation of everything he checked on our furnace, AC and ducts. He provided information about services Norrell offers and suggestions on what we should do to best maintain the house in a way that was helpful but not pushy. It was easy to schedule the initial appointment on the website, and we were able to schedule a visit within a few days of requesting service. We're looking forward to working with Norrell in the future and would recommend them to others in the area.

Jessica was great! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She has a good knowledge of products and services offered.

Brian Wiggins came out with his assistant Simon assessed the problem fast and efficient with my unit and was able to get it back started. He also made a list of everything that he found wrong with the heating unit that needed to be replaced as well. I will be using Brandon again anytime my system needs servicing.

I don't know how these guys managed to get so many five star reviews because my experience with them was anything but five stars. These guys don't do what they say they are going to do, they don't meet deadlines, they don't follow through, they don't show up on time and when they are confronted about it they lie, make excuses and take zero responsibility. We decided to give them a chance because of all the 5 star reviews but we have since regretted it. I am advising anyone who is considering doing business with them to reconsider because the reviews are extremely misleading!

Just had Simon Adkins from Norrell Service Experts out for our heating maintenance. He was on time (and we just scheduled the appointment yesterday!) wearing a mask (thanks COVID), courteous, professional, thorough, knowledgeable (even has a degree in hvac!) and helpful (found out our expansion tank on our gas hot water heater needed to be replaced - a bonus to find that out!) Simon was a real pleasure to have out (actually everyone that has been to our home from NSE has always been top notch). We highly recommend Norrell Service Experts!

I was a service technician at this location. As an employee being in this field I can't say good enough things about this company. They work hard and actually care about their customers as well as their employees. Jeffrey Powell is a great general manager and runs a tight ship but is absolutely the best boss I've ever worked for. Miss you guys hope all is well. Take care

Service experts is, in my opinion, the best company out there. My technician, chris mckown was so very thorough and smart. This man is WAY too intelligent to be running service calls. He should be in upper management. Again, very intelligent and thorough. I would recommend Norrell Service Experts to anyone I know, as long as Chris was going to be their technician.

Jason Threadgill did our annual winter maintenance. We were extremely satisfied with his timeliness, the thoroughness of his inspection, and his professionalism.

I had a big job with multiple components to eliminate a mildew and moisture problem with my heating and cooling. Andrew Harry and Adam Abts did a great job installing everything. I have used Norrell for years and highly recommend them. I want to add that Shane Gipson is amazing to work with and checks out the small details to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. Job well done!

I have a Service Agreement with this company and they are always extremely cooperative in getting a technician out quickly when problems occur. I have also been impressed with the expertise of the technicians dispatched to handle the problems. The Technician for our last service, Mark Smith, arrived promptly and did a great job!

Micah Baker was the technician that serviced my Lennox Split System. He was courteous and was efficient in servicing the unit.

Carlus Wells came to service my heating and air conditioner and he was very professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate his assistance. The Company should be very proud to have him representing.

Came for an emergency AC outage in just a couple of hours.The lady who took my call treated me like an old friend. Mr. Wells made a careful diagnosis, had the part on his truck, and fixed the AC quickly. So impressed I bought the yearly maintenance agreement for both attic and basement units.

I had Jason and Micah come out to check out our units, and I am very satisfied on how well they communicated on what they were going to do and than how they did it.

I usually don't complete service provider reviews, but am making an exception because I was so impressed with my recent AC service by Chris McKown. Based on another AC company's diagnosis, I expected a bill of over $1,000 to replace a part the other company diagnosed as bad. Chris scoped out the problem, carefully explaining everything he did, and was able to return my system to A-1 condition without replacing the part. I believe that Chris' many years of training and experience allowed him to properly scope out and repair a problem whereas the other company's young and less experienced techs were more interested in selling a "replace" versus a "repair." Because of Chris, I entered into an annual maintenance agreement with Norrell and will be asking for him when I schedule future services!

Jason Threadgill is the best! He is professorial and knows what he is doing! My A.C. unit has never worked good and he fixed my problem. We are in A.C. heaven!

Our Service Technician, Micah Baker, just left after performing our regular heating tune-up. We've had a good experience with all the Service Technicians over the years but Micah was one of the best. Great personality. Very through in explaining every thing he checked and what the status was. We have been using Norrell ( though it went by other names ) for over 50 years and have never had a problem with them.

My technician was Jessica Campbell. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. After completing the job, everything was explained in a very simple manner. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

March 16, 2016 Have used Service Experts for several years to maintain my A/C unit and they have always done a fine job. Yesterday I needed a quick service call. I was hearing sounds from my unit that spelled trouble I was sure. The man taking my call scheduled me that afternoon, much to my relief. What impressed me was his professionalism but with a personal touch, not the "call center" feel. I later learned this was Jeff. My tech, Luiz, showed up on time and, with some clever detective work, diagnosed the mysterious sound and took care of it. He was professional, polite, explained everything to me, couldn't ask for better. This is the first review I've written but I wanted to express my appreciation for such great service from both Jeff and Luiz

John Giannelli is an excellent service man . He was excellent in explaining everything about the system to us. He took the time to answer our questions. He made sure everything was in top order before he left. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our furnace. We would like for Mr. Giannelli to always do our service on our system. He did a 5 Star Job.

Our AC went out and we called Norrell. Jason Threadgill showed up within the hour, did a careful inspection, replaced the coolant and gave us several options. Our unit is a 1999 Trane. Steve arrived shortly to discuss air conditioning units. We had a leak and Jason fixed it but let us know it may not last long. The type of refrigerant R22 that is needed is soon to be discontinued. The best option is a new AC. Jason was very professional, answered our questions and made recommendations . We hope he will answer our calls in the future.

We were very impressed with our technician, Micah Baker. He was one of the most professional and courteous technicians we have had with our 20+ years of service with Norrell. He is a great representative for your company.

My parents have always used Norrell, and when my AC stopped cooling Jason Threadgill fixed it right up at a reasonable price. I called at 6pm, and they had an on-call team who arrived by 7:30pm.

Having trouble with freon leak in Lennox unit, contact norrell Jason Threadgill and Jeff Townsend came out and located leak and repaired it . These two guys were very courteous did a great job and listen to all questions I had. Thanks for the help !!

Michael Naish with Service Experts came out for Norel today to service my air conditioner. He was very kind and helpful. He was patient and explained every action that was needed. He explained the itemized costs. He was on time and honest. I would be glad to deal with him any time I need service.

On May 14, 2020 we notified your business of a problem we were having with ac/heating unit . Technician KD Madison came out in a in no time. He was very friendly and courteous. He was very direct with the problem of my unit and gave several options on either repairs and replacement. We went with replacing the unit. He recommended consumer as gent Cason Carroll to come out to our home at 8:00AM. Mr. Carroll was early which was great for us. Cason worked out a great deal for us with. He was also friendly and courteous. We have been with your services for approximately 30 plus years. I will recommend this business along with technicians and customer service agent to anyone. My wife and I met John Jones, Sales Consultant, and Jessie Clark, Service Technician today April 29, 2019. We needed our HVAC units tuned up and checked thoroughly. Jessie remained with us to do the work, and we could not be more pleased, both with the quality of his work and explanation of what he did. This is the first time we have received what we would consider excellent service on our units. Jessie also cleaned them spotlessly. He made sure that the circuit boards were in good shape, that the condensate system was cleaned and working properly, and the temperature differentials of intake and cooling air were adequate. Jessie patiently answered our numerous questions and could not have been more gracious. Our sincere thank you to him and Norrell.

Michael Naish came to give us a second estimate on our unit repair. Our estimate from another company was over two thousand dollars. Michael was able to get our air working the same day for a CONSIDERABLE amount less. He was also very courteous and took time to walk me through every step of what he was doing. We could not have been happier with the service we received. We will absolutely be using Norrell from now on for all our HVAC needs!

Jordan Rogers was assigned to the fall maintenance on my system. He did incredibly detailed work! He was clear in his communication with me and went over all the work that he did and identified a potential issue that might come up in the future which I very much appreciated. I hope he is assigned to all the work on my system in the future!
