Plan for well over 2 hours at your home with an hour of it pushing you to buy an overpriced product. Had to tell then to leave after multiple times I would not buy. Kept pushing financing after I told them twice I do not want to finance. Extremely unprofessional way to approach a sale inside a customers home.
Totally pleased with entire process. Salesman was thorough, well-informed, courteous and professional. I don t normally purchase top of the line products but I m sure I won t regret it in the future.
I never experienced superb service like the service I got from Mr. Roger's Windows. The day of my installation, I got a called from Craig Bechthold, the person who would be installing my door to let me know he would be arriving in 30 minutes, which he did. When he got to my home, he introduced his coworker, Zachary Owens, and himself. He went over the invoice to show me the materials and what was being done. Throughout the installation of my door, Mr.Bechthold and Mr.Owens had much professionalism, very thorough, and was very friendly. They even fixed my doorbell, which was not working.
Once the installation was complete, I was so pleased by the work and the look of the door, that I got emotional. If I could rate them a 20 for the job they did, I would. My mother had a saying, "you get what you pay for," and I got everything I paid for and more. I would highly recommend Mr. Roger's Windows.
My husband and I had our windows done by Mr. Rogers and were very happy with both the product and service, so we went with them again for our front door. The door installers (Craig and Zachary), as well as our window installers, were all very polite and professional. They really seemed to care about the quality of the install and ensuring we, as customers, were happy with the final product. Someone, a very fast talking man, was who came to the door. He spewed it all quickly. I wasn't feeling all that well (WAY BEFORE COVID). I loved the color of a colonial blue door. He was quick to whip out the colors. Mistake #1. Mistake #2 was him telling me that our new front door AFTER it was installed that the metal window I picked would cause the door to be hot when the sun hits. IT IS VERY HOT and theirs nothing we can do. It can actually burn your hand! (Not the handle but the door. It is hot enough to cause it to be warmer in the living room until the sun starts to set. VERY disappointed, however, about the metal door. If it burns a child, then what?!! If already gotten us
One of the smartest things I have done was call Mr Rogers windows and doors to replace my patio door. They were very prompt in their service and would always return a call. Duane B. ,Shane H., Shawn T. were very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. They went beyond the normal to satisfy me.I would definitely recommend your company .
The sales process, planning, and installation was great. I never knew how much went into choosing windows. We were originally going to go with all white windows inside and out with no grills inside the panes. After talking with other companies, no one up to this point had even brought up other options for our home. We had received several estimates from local companies. I encourage anyone to do their research and choose a company that works for what they want and need. So to give someone a perspective, our home has 28 windows, yes no matter who I went with it was going to be expensive. Considering that we wanted to upgrade from the original single pane windows from 1971, anything would be an improvement. We quickly realized that we didn't want to have builder grade windows installed that would look just as outdated, or that wouldn't age well with our already older home. I was reluctant to even call for an estimate from Mr. Rogers because I always heard that they were expensive. I met with the sales rep and another sales manager and they were wonderful. Their down to earth conversations about my house, what options would accent the existing colors and the education about windows in general was great. Yes they are going to ask you to watch videos about the company and their product, but they aren't that long or that bad.
My wife wasn't able to attend the consult, so they rescheduled another consult on the weekend and opened the showroom for us, which was awesome. We originally were going to replace the widows like for like with double hung windows, but after looking at the different options we went with sliding widows in the areas that had two double hung windows side by side. We also decided to put grilles in the windows, but a more updated design. Also, instead of choosing white, we went with black on the outside and white on the inside since that compliments our brick. Once we narrowed down what we liked we talked about the price. Yes it was high and yes I was surprised, but I already had it in my head that windows should be cheap. All things considered I've realized that you get what you pay for and we invested back into our home and went with this company. I'm glad we did, the sales, measurement, and installation process was smooth and hassle free. The installation team were very nice guys and had a lot of experience installing windows. They were clean, professional, and I would trust them to install another project if I had one.
Overall I'm more than satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them over another company. Our windows look amazing, we can already tell the difference with sound, wind infiltration, and weather insulation. Also, on a side note we went with the higher end screens and love them, they look great and you can't event tell they are in. For reference the screens are in the sliding windows in the first and second picture, not the large picture window.
I included some photos of the large picture window in the front and the bay window we have in our kitchen. I also Included a before photo. No we have not started painting our trim, we just moved in recently.

We had a challenging job--to remove a large glass block front window and replace it with a five-window bow. The whole team at Mr. Roger s performed with courtesy and professionalism. Unbelievable! From the time their Design Consultant arrived to discuss the company and their window replacement options, Mr. Roger s made numerous promises and then, OVER DELIVERED!!! They were, barring none, the most professional and competent company we have dealt with. The Design Consultant explained their products and all available options thoroughly. The installation crew was on time, arrived fully prepared to work, and conducted themselves with total professionalism. Their finished product was excellent. They took time to explain the operation of the windows, and when they left, the entire yard, driveway, garage was totally cleaned and picked up leaving no evidence of ever being there. I can t say enough about total experience. I was skeptical of their promises, but they have me as a customer for life.

Although Mr. Rogers no longer owns the company in the Charlotte area where we live, he helped us with the cost of replacing the damaged windows. The entire process from beginning to end was so easy. Everyone at Mr. Roger's went out of their way to make sure we were informed and happy. Mary with design was very patient and helped us come up with perfect windows for our home. When it came time for install, Craig Bechthold and his crew- Wes, Guage, Greg, Tim and Matt were wonderful to work with. They were professional and friendly. Our job was a large one, so they were here for 4 days. I missed having them around when they left! They were never an inconvenience to have in my home and felt more like friends by day 4. The windows themselves transformed areas of our home in ways we had not expected. We put different window styles in some places and those changes allowed more light to come through, making the rooms brighter and appear larger. My kitchen window looks like its twice its original size simply by changing the type of window. Same size opening, huge difference.
I would reccomend Mr. Roger's to anyone in need of new or replacement windows. The quality that's inherent in the Andersen name and it's products, as with Renewal by Andersen coupled with the first class service provided by the team at Mr. Roger's is an unbeatable combination. I never had any doubts about who I wanted to do my windows and seeing the finished product reinforces I made the right decision. I'll never go anywhere else.
So I will start off with the sales portion, effectively delivered the product and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. I can t say enough about the installation team led by Sean. Wonderful hard workers who made sure that everything was as perfect as they could make it. Ensured that lead paint protection was in place and made sure that the area was cleaner then when they arrived. The problem I did have with the company comes with quality control. They cannot unbox every window at the shop and when arrived the sash was incorrect. It happens. Returned they came back and sash was incorrect again. That is a problem with making sure they are receiving the correct product. I will say that the problem was fixed as quickly as possible and they worked with me to ensure that we were happy due to inconvenience.

The experience was a good one starting with the first contact. This was no ordinary sales person! He had a real sense of design. I originally had two double hung windows in my kitchen with a thick wood post between them. He suggested a single large awning window, with no grids to fill that space. The more I thought about it, the better it sounded, and I love it! (And I can open the window, even when it's raining!) He also noticed something that always drove me crazy. My front picture window and two side windows were completely out of proportion. We fixed that. The installation crew showed up, and they were friendly, efficient and very good at their jobs. They left the place clean and orderly. So, drafty inefficient windows from 1965 that were ridiculously hard to open and clean, and very noisy in the least little bit of wind, were replaced by beautiful, easy to open, and easy to clean windows. The best part was that you were having one of your special price sales! Within a few months, I noticed a difference in my power bill, and it was immediately quieter in the house! It's been five years, and I'm still happy!

To the absolutely professional and detail oriented install team of Zach Owens, Greg Jones and lead by Craig Becthold. The project in my home of installing an 8'x13' sliding glass door in place of two french doors required the removal of a load-bearing exterior wall, the insert of a substantial header, re-location of electrical and masonry work to the exterior. The job was significant in scope but Craig's team made it look easy! Each day I was kept informed on the current status of the project, what the next step was and Craig and his team would ensure the project site was immaculate before they left. We started our experience with Kenny. He listened and provided the perfect plan to meet our needs. John measured everything to order the supplies. Both men were courteous and responsive. Ashley made all the appointments and sent pictures of both men so that we could be comfortable with who was coming to our home. The work started in below freezing weather but Duane B, Shane H, Cody M, and Justin M came dressed for the temperature and worked very hard and efficiently. As the work progressed over the next two days, they impressed us with how pleasant and neat they were. They always cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The workers were also puntual, courteous, and responsive. The finished job is absolutely beautiful and something that they can be proud to say is an awesome reflection of this company. It is very high quality! Sean did a final inspection after being assured that our needs had been met. The workmen did a perfect job and exceeded all of our expectations! Ashley found a way to make it happen financially. Mikey led a clean and courteous work force. These guys even installed in the rain. Lots of fingerprints left on the windows after installation. Sending a cleaning crew out to clean the windows after installation would have been a nice touch with such a big job. That would have gotten them 5 stars!

This is our second time using Mr Rogers windows, this time for door installation. It was a big job, including changing French doors to 4-panel sliding glass doors. Craig Bechthold, Zachary Owens and Noah Bechthold were fantastic in the installation and were so clean. Having young children the clean up was so vital and they definitely left it as clean as they found it. Additionally, they always took the time to explain to us what was going on, what they would do and answer any questions we had. They had to come out and replace a panel due to a manufacturers issue and were more than happy to help with any small quirks we found as we had used the doors over the past month. We completely recommend them and will use them again, in hopes of getting lucky enough to have the same crew. Thank you!!!

Greg Jones and Tim Cushman installed our windows did an excellent job. They arrived on time each day and went above and beyond. They kept us informed of their arrival times, as to how they would proceed with the days installations, and when they would wrap up each days work. They let us know if they encountered any unforeseen issues during the installation and advised how they would resolve.
Kind, Professional and Engaging are the words that come to mind for the staff I have encountered from MRW. In the first case, Veronica was going around the neighborhood calling on houses for window replacements, it was a cold call. When I came to the door, Veronica presented herself as such a nice, smart, professional that I could not help but listen to her window offerings. In fact, she was so nice that I found myself wracking my brain trying to find a project since the home already had new windows. Veronica was a great sales person too, totally knew her stuff. I agreed to have MRW qoute on one job.
I had one small job and met James, myestimator who was also from the same mold, kind, smart, engaging. James was attentive to all the details on an old, historic property, asked lots of questions and just was a great representative of MRW, I was happy to have him looking at the work.
So, I would say this about MRW, they seem to have some special people or training program that produces these smart, engaging, bright people who come to the door smiling, happy and focused on you. It was striking to experience it.
In the end, I did not do the window work since other projects were more pressing at my 110 year old Ghent home. They will be the first call in the future.
We recently replaced 11 very old leaky windows with Mr. Rogers' Andersen Renewal windows and are thrilled with them! We had our windows installed several years ago based on their Worry-Free guarantee. Over the last couple of years we have begun to notice draft and sound issues. When I called they tried to charge a service fee and the tech that came denied any issues and accused me of poor maintenance. We have installed insulation strips now and the problem is lessened. Don't count on getting service after the installation?
A little more expensive but quality and service is like no other. We purchased 15 windows in 2002 and the lifetime warranty is exceptional. We have called them twice over the years and they have always fixed caulking issues or weather strip issues without giving us a hard time. We received 5 quotes and only one of those companies are still in business and some of those quote were higher in price. Glad we made the investment.

Greg Jones and Zach Owens were exceptional technicians. Prior to the removal of the old windows, they placed a pad under the windows to be removed. They were careful to remove the old windows and paid close attention to details when installing the new windows. They cleaned up thoroughly after the windows were installed. They were customer oriented. The new windows have not only transformed the exterior and interior of the townhouse but also have made the interior more energy efficient. We immediately noticed how much cooler the rooms were. (And, we like the ease with which the windows open and to clean.
The added expense is well worth the integrity of the composite windows, and the very elegance in their appearance! I had a very satisfying experience from start to install!!

We are completely bowled over by Mr. Rogers Windows! We needed our front entryway replaced, and were considering replacing a slider and perhaps an entry door to our garage. Having been familiar with the quality of Andersen windows and doors, we discovered Mr.Rogers Windows carried their products so we went to visit their Chesapeake showroom (I strongly recommend that you see them in person so you can see the gorgeous styles first hand and, most importantly, feel the difference in quality...how solidly and smoothly they open and close, and the way the hardware feels when you handle the pulls and fasten the locks). That s where we met Marshall McKenzie, an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful member of the Mr. Rogers team. We arranged for him to visit our home and this experienced gentleman helped us to zero in on the perfect choices and, believe me, you re going to want his experienced eye to guide you because the number of options were a little overwhelming! He took a picture of our home and used their software to show us what our selections looked like on our house... it s a great tool to ensure you ll be extra confident when making a choice. On installation day (ours was a 1 1/2 day install because we ended up ordering all three doors) we were completely wowed by Mr. Craig and Mr. Zach, the team from Mr. Rogers who would be doing the work. The level of detail and perfectionism, combined with how pleasant and courteous they were, would ve impressed the most critical of customers! The pride they took in their craft and how they took the time to show us any structural issues that they uncovered and explained the corrective steps they would take to address them, it was honestly the most impressive thing I ve ever seen from any company or contractor. They were an absolute joy to have in our home. As you d expect, all three doors were expertly installed and they are beyond gorgeous. However, as impressive as their workmen were, what truly impressed us the most was the extent to which this company went to ensure our complete satisfaction. We were notified every step of the way by constant phone contact, knew exactly when and what time the doors they ordered came in and when their people would arrive. There were follow-up phone calls, just to check in and see if there were questions and to double-check if installation dates were still acceptable. They had supervisors coming down to observe the process, and they made a point of introducing themselves and asking us how we thought things were going. This company truly cared to make sure we were 100% delighted with the process and with the finished results. The compliments from our neighbors have been coming in fast and furious, and we are wholeheartedly recommending Mr. Rogers Windows and Marshall McKenzie to them. We honestly feel there cannot be a company with better products or customer service out there. When you have an experience like we had, it s a pleasure to go on record to sing their praises because we know we re able to recommend the very best. We are and will remain Mr. Rogers Windows customers for life because they showed us the integrity and unbelievable work ethic to completely earn it. Simply put, they do it right!!
The installation team, Duane B., Shane H., and Greg A., were obviously experienced and professional, but also courteous and responsive to my questions and concerns. Overall, an absolutely top-notch experience.

They installed all of our 24 Windows barely 1 1/2 years ago. They did a great job and I rated the company with 5 *. Based on that we ordered a very high priced Patio door. But this is a disaster.
The young nice person and his helper tried to install this door and the upper window. The door is okay. But as they mounted the upper window, obviously they saw the same as I saw as I came home. The inside bars didn't incline to the horizontal. But instead to be honest and saying: I'm sorry the window is bad, he called his office had a long call and installed the window. Maybe they hoped I do not realize the issue. ( I work in the printing industry and have to do with adjustments in millimeter directions!! I see such faults ). After my complaint we had to wait for more than 3 weeks. No one kept us updated and we thought this morning someone is coming in to check what the problem is. But the Installer came already with a new window. Thus this problem probably is known in that company. They unwrapped the new window and it looked in the same bad shape as the old one. What shall that be? Do you don't check your materials before you go to customers? Now they left with that window again and we have to wait for another time before everything is fixed.
BTW. For that price we could expect that the salesman take care of his sales until everthing is really done. But nothing. The former salesman was nice, he always contacted me and asked for problems or so.
Also no contact, no excuse, nothing from this company.

I am a repeat Mr. Rogers Windows customer and that's because I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the product, and the professionalism of the staff. We have been customers of Mr. Rogers Windows since 2004. We had Mr. Rogers replacement windows installed in our home in Newport News. We had them back a couple of years later to install a new front door. Moving to Smithfield in 2012, we didn't think we would be replacing anything since we built a new home. However, our builder used a substandard patio door as well as an exterior door to our second deck. We called Mr. Rogers and once again, they came and installed some great products. It's one thing to get good products. A true testament to a great company is their willingness to stand behind both the products and their workmanship. After 6 years, we discovered some water damage occurring with the exterior door. I made a call to Mr. Rogers and a technician came out. After a 15 minute inspection, he announced they would be ordering a new frame and would return to reinstall the door. He also explained what he thought might have contributed to the issue. He also noted that the new materials would be even better, and less susceptible to water damage. Today (April 3rd) Craig Bechthold and Tadwin Appleby showed up on time. They completely deconstructed the door assembly and started back as if they were installing it from the beginning. They took the time to point out the mistakes that had caused the initial water damage and what was being done different. I was impressed with the diligence they took to not only make it right, but to make it better than before. I was so inspired by watching them, I started working on our bedroom door that had been installed incorrectly when the house was built...out of line, always swinging partway open, uneven gaps all the way around. I was listening and watching their work to help me analyze my own project. Craig went out of his way to give me advice and assistance with my project. Now we had a great Mr. Rogers door reinstalled AND my bedroom door hangs perfectly for the first time in 8 years, with much credit to Craig's mentoring and coaching me along. Both Craig and Tadwin completed their work, cleaned the area and made sure we were happy with the results. What makes a great company? Great products, exceptional employees and great customer service! Thank you Mr. Rogers Windows!
So far I have had 2 issues with installation, however, the customer service has been wonderful as far as addressing the concerns which is exactly what I would expect from any professional company. I do not regret my decision and would recommend them.

Workmanship of the highest quality, the install team were courteous, professional and industrious with their product installation. From beginning to end, the install was a well-executed plan, a picture of solid communication and teamwork among professionals. Many congrats gents. The sliding door was installed in a quality manner. Door looks great. Craig and Jimmy obviously are experienced craftsman and it was a pleasure to have them as the installers. On time, professional, excellent cleanup, and I am a very satisfied customer. The whole process with Mr. Rogers Windows was a comfortable experience.
The front Bay window was replaced by Justin and Anthony. Window looks great. Very satisfied. Quality workmanship and they were professional and efficient.

First let me say, I could not be happier with my experience with Mr. Rogers Windows. We are remodeling our house and have had various vendors doing different things (new carpet, new appliances, etc). Mr. Rogers was hired to replace our french door. The ONLY vendor who showed up when they said they would was Mr. Rogers Windows. Every single person we had an interaction with from Mr. Rogers were professional and courteous. The salesperson was ON TIME and very helpful with helping us select a new door. The gentleman that came at a later date to measure for the new door was ON TIME and very courteous. Lastly the installers, Craig Bechthold and Justin Cook, were ON TIME and did a fantastic job in a very timely matter. After they were done you could not even tell that anyone had been there except for the fact there was a nice new door. They even vacuumed the lawn of debris. I repeat, I could not be happier. If you are looking for a great product and a professional installation from people who are courtious and show up when they say they will, you cannot go wrong with Mr Rogers.
Mr Rogers was a great in helping me choose the door's for my home. It was my first big purchase in my new home and they were very patient answering all the questions I had. The quality of the product was more than excellent and I'm so pleased with the end result. I will definitely use Mr Rogers again and highly recommend this coming.
Their products really do sound great, however they spent nearly 3 hours at our home for the free assessment. Then pressured us to purchase a product that was thousands of dollars out of budget. They were just doing their jobs, but I don't like the pushiness of the approach.

It was sad today when they told me they "require a minimum of "90 minutes" in home consultation to give me the price on "1 sliding glass door" replacement. I asked if they could do it in 60 minutes and they said "no" and "they cannot schedule a time" Maybe it is just me being crazy, but 1.5 hours to measure and price out a single window is totally excessive. Off to the next company I go.
If your looking for ease of mind and quality service look no further. Mr. Rogers Windows has exceeded my expectations. From start to finish I was informed, reassured and comforted that I made the right choice. The day of my install, Craig made me aware of not only his arrive but the steps he was taking to make sure I got more than just my windows. They were meticulous, clean and polite. Zachary (assisting tech) demonstrated a confident attitude that was backed with great quality service.
We love our new Mr Roger's French door and front door. The installers were prompt and professional. The product of high quality and knowing I'm supporting a local family owned and operated business was a plus.

It was a pleasure to work with the team of Craig, Greg and Zack for the installation of balcony doors. The removal of the old doors was complex and the team came up with solutions for each problem as it was discovered.
