3 exterior doors expertly installed by Craig Bechthold and Jimmy Scott. the house was built in 1963 and significant adjustments for level were required during the installation of 2 of 3 doors. 2 of the doors are wooden interior sliders and the 3rd is an ornate front door. All doors are a significant increase from the existing leaky doors.
Both installation teams were outstanding. They showed up on time, called each morning to let us know they were on the way. All had COVID Masks, boot coverings and had protective mats inside the house to protect flooring. Outside they used cardboard under the windows and doors to catch the nails, wood and other debris. The teams were very professional and took the time to answer any question and explain what they were doing throughout the entire process. We would recommend the window team lead by Duane Brown and assisted by Gauge & Tim, and the door team lead by Craig Bechthold and assisted by Justin Cook to anyone looking to have new windows and doors installed. We are 100% satisfied with the work done.

From start to finish, it was a very professional job! Our install crew, Craig and his team of Justin, Duane and Gauge, did a great job. They did the install in a very timely and professional manor. It was obvious they wanted us to be completely satisfied with everything, and we certainly were!

High quality - As a 23 year home inspector in Hampton Roads I get to see the good, bad and ugly when it comes to contractors so whenever I see exemplary work I make a note of it and refer those quality contractors to my clients. I believe a person or company's workmanship and materials are their best resume. After seeing thousands of replacement windows jobs, (most of which fell in the bad or ugly category), I selected Mr. Rogers windows for my house. They even framed a new hole in my bathroom wall where there was no window. None of the other contractors could or would do that. They just wanted to quickly turn a profit and swap the windows I had with the window they where selling. My instincts did not fail me. Mr Rogers are competent, quality craftsman with a superior product. I am happy knowing I will never have to worry about my windows again.
Mr. Rogers Windows has been soliciting door to door in our neighborhood during the pandemic and quarantine. While not illegal, this act is inconsiderate, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous to their employees and the people they solicit. It demonstrates their lack of business ethics.

From beginning to end the whole team of employees from sales, to scheduling and installation was outstanding making my experience smooth and flawless.
Today the installation crew arrived exactly on time and from the start they were professional and friendly.
During installation they were very responsive and answered all my questions while efficiently and quickly completing the installation in a very timely fashion.
I am very impressed with their thoroughness as they ensured every detail of their installation was of exceptional quality leaving me with a completely beautiful entry door!!
p.s. I almost forgot to mention their perfect clean up job!
Everyone was so helpful and polite helping me pick out what windows I needed and when the estimator came out to get the measurements he answered any questions I had. And the men that came out to install the windows were fantastic, they made sure everything was perfect. There was no mess for me to clean up they did it all. They went above my expections by hanging my curtains back up when they were finished. I love my new windows and everyone that has come by love my windows as well.
The delivered and installed product was precisely what we wanted and had ordered. Anderson quality all the way. Mr Rogers installation was superb: couldn't have asked for anything more. The two installers, Craig Bechthold and Zachary Owens, were highly skilled, knowledgeable, talented, courteous, efficient, and tidy. They even had the patience to work around our most curious house cat!

Craig B and Justin C came out to install a new back door and new window in our garage. They communicated well beforehand, arrived on time, were professional, and cleaned up afterwards. They even added extra trim to the window to make it look better! Most importantly, our new door and window look BEAUTIFUL. The next time we have work done, please send these two guys!!!
By far the worse installation process I have ever endured. The sales pitch was very impressive but pushy. Fortunately we had decided to buy Anderson windows before the salesman arrived. The windows did arrive as scheduled. The installers were very fast, had no attention to detail and were trying to rush everyday. The trim, finish work and cleanup has been a struggle. They returned several additional times to fix items they did poorly and still today, 6 weeks after installation, they have finally sent a painter.
I regret not shopping around and reading reviews. I live in a very nice neighborhood and many of the neighbors are looking into replacing windows. I will make certain to share my experience with them.
Mr. Rogers Windows has replaced all of our windows and doors and we could not be happier! Their designer helped us design the front door of our dreams! It is stunning! Our windows are so well made and the installation was flawless. Craig and Justin are true professionals. They were here for a week installing windows and doing repair work on a large window casing. I work from home and could barely tell they were here. Everything was cleaned before they left each day. They show up when promised (I wish all contractors were like them). They kept us informed of their progress each day. And they went above and beyond what was expected by making little adjustments/repairs on interior doors that we didn't even realize until after they were gone. Mr. Rogers may be a bit more expensive than other window companies, BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT!! My only regret - we don't have any more windows or doors for them to replace! You will not be disappointed if you choose Mr. Rogers Windows!
When your installation team shows up on time, smiling and is kind to every member of the household including the dog, its a great start to a beautiful project! Craig took the lead on this install and has been at my house several times since I began replacing windows and doors almost 20 years ago. Seriously, they mean what they say "worry free" as mine stay in pristine shape with the help of the renewal team. Craig, Justin, Ryan and Dillon worked efficiently in the miserable heat to accomplish the complete sunroom project and it is beautiful! Craig is exceptionally talented and made all the adjustments necessary to plumb the new door and side windows with the existing brick frame. My house, yard and deck were left cleaner than when they started, everyone was professional, skilled and worked happily as a team. It was a pleasure to hear their friendly banter and amazing how they each and all took great pride in their work. I can, once again, recommend Mr. Rogers Windows without hesitation. Renewal by Andersen is an expensive product but with the professionalism of the company, worry free guarantee, Energy Efficiency and beautiful result-it is a very valuable investment.

I first discovered Mr Rogers windows in 2008 when I had 5 windows across the front of my house replaced.. They are very easy to open n close as well as clean. I had 2 in the back of my house replaced a few years later n just had 3 more replaced. The people are very professional and arrived on time. I love these windows!

Our "dynamic duo" Craig Bechthold and Jimmy Scott were awesome! They did an excellent job of installing and wrapping our beautiful new Andersen windows. They went well about just their installation. At one point, our back door blew open and and banged into our outside light.( As it hss done many times as the vacuum cylinder was not on the door. B)efore we could blink, Craig had the screen out - replacing it! We assured him that they did not tear the screen - it was already torn, but he was so fast it was arleady installed! Hearing Jimmy out there singing as he worked was a sure sign that he was enjoying his job! That is a major "Plus" to us and he did great work on the exterior trim on our windows. Thanks so much to these two great guys for making their time at our house a pleasure.
