First let me say, I could not be happier with my experience with Mr. Rogers Windows. We are remodeling our house and have had various vendors doing different things (new carpet, new appliances, etc). Mr. Rogers was hired to replace our french door. The ONLY vendor who showed up when they said they would was Mr. Rogers Windows. Every single person we had an interaction with from Mr. Rogers were professional and courteous. The salesperson was ON TIME and very helpful with helping us select a new door. The gentleman that came at a later date to measure for the new door was ON TIME and very courteous. Lastly the installers, Craig Bechthold and Justin Cook, were ON TIME and did a fantastic job in a very timely matter. After they were done you could not even tell that anyone had been there except for the fact there was a nice new door. They even vacuumed the lawn of debris. I repeat, I could not be happier. If you are looking for a great product and a professional installation from people who are courtious and show up when they say they will, you cannot go wrong with Mr Rogers.
