It was sad today when they told me they "require a minimum of "90 minutes" in home consultation to give me the price on "1 sliding glass door" replacement. I asked if they could do it in 60 minutes and they said "no" and "they cannot schedule a time" Maybe it is just me being crazy, but 1.5 hours to measure and price out a single window is totally excessive. Off to the next company I go.
