We had our windows installed several years ago based on their Worry-Free guarantee. Over the last couple of years we have begun to notice draft and sound issues. When I called they tried to charge a service fee and the tech that came denied any issues and accused me of poor maintenance. We have installed insulation strips now and the problem is lessened. Don't count on getting service after the installation?
