Kind, Professional and Engaging are the words that come to mind for the staff I have encountered from MRW. In the first case, Veronica was going around the neighborhood calling on houses for window replacements, it was a cold call. When I came to the door, Veronica presented herself as such a nice, smart, professional that I could not help but listen to her window offerings. In fact, she was so nice that I found myself wracking my brain trying to find a project since the home already had new windows. Veronica was a great sales person too, totally knew her stuff. I agreed to have MRW qoute on one job.

I had one small job and met James, myestimator who was also from the same mold, kind, smart, engaging. James was attentive to all the details on an old, historic property, asked lots of questions and just was a great representative of MRW, I was happy to have him looking at the work.

So, I would say this about MRW, they seem to have some special people or training program that produces these smart, engaging, bright people who come to the door smiling, happy and focused on you. It was striking to experience it.

In the end, I did not do the window work since other projects were more pressing at my 110 year old Ghent home. They will be the first call in the future.
